This beautiful three-storey villa overlooks the 6th green of the Arnold Palmer Signature golf course at the heart of Reunion. Its elegant 5-star décor and the stunning panoramic views onto the greens and fairways to the front and over its own large pool courtyard at back, make this villa a must to consider.
The home provides elegant and luxurious accommodation for your family vacation sleeping up to ten making it perfect for getaways and family reunions, in light and airy surroundings.
Our home has a total of five bedrooms all of which have their own ensuites
There is a total of 3,840 sq feet on the three levels of the property, plus a courtyard area with a large pool, spa, and spacious balconies on both the upper floors from which to admire the scenery.
Brand new and attractive furnishings provide ample seating for either relaxing or dining in splendid style and the owner’s attention to detail in the displayed wall artwork and plants all add to the cozy but chic environment of this sumptuous home.
Your stay with us will be peaceful, private and secure, and the fully equipped villa has all you might need, including cable TV in all bedrooms, a superbly fitted kitchen with large breakfast bar, a laundry area with a washer / dryer, and a large safe for your valuables. There is also complimentary high speed Internet access for guests’ use.
A first-floor living room has brand new comfortable soft couches from which to enjoy the huge flat screen smart TV to cater your stream needs and sound system, and there is a formal dining area with seating for 6 as well as a breakfast bar with seating for 4.
Our third floor is catered to your entertaining with an 80-inch flat screen TV and sound system and relaxing cinema style electric recliners to watch your favorite movies or football game. However, you may just wish to turn your gaze outdoors and feast on the stunning sunset views over the golf course, possibly with a cocktail to hand, made in the wet bar with wine refrigerator and perhaps later, enjoy a game of cards with your friends at the poker table.
All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms, with a choice of a separate shower cubicle, a bath with shower, or a walk-in shower, and the master suite also has a Jacuzzi style tub.
One the first floor we have two twin beds with a shower en-suite, the second floor has the master suite king bed complete with tv sitting area and large spacious bathroom with shower, double vanities and jacuzzi style tub and large balcony view over the golf course. The second floor also has a queen bed suite with a shower over bathtub and balcony views over the pool
Our third floor has two full beds and shower and tub.
The fifth bedroom or in-law suite as we like to call it with king bed is above the garage and has its own sitting room and kitchen with seating for two at a high top table and huge smart tv.
No waiting for the bathroom with a large family as we have 3 further restrooms on the first and third floors of the main house and convenient pool side restroom.
The outdoor facilities reach the same high standards as the interior, with a large courtyard pool furnished with sun-loungers. There is a covered summer kitchen with gas BBQ grill, mini-fridge and sink, plus a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining.


If required, pool/spa heat can be requested at $40 plus tax per day plus 13.5% tax with a 7 day minimum and to be paid in cash

No smoking inside the villa. No pets allowed.


Booking form must be returned within 24hrs to secure your booking.


Please be so kind to report any damage or breakages that occurs during your stay to the management company prior to departure. This will allow you to cover the cost of the repair and that the home is in good condition for the arrival of our next guest.
