Hello Mimi, we are pleased you enjoyed your stay. We are disappointed that these issues were not brought to our attention during your stay as out local team is there to assist with many of these. However we understand it is your vacation and dealing with issues is not something one wishes to do. Since your stay there has been a deep cleaning done that has addressed many of these issues.
