We never received information on how to access, fortunately we met the cleaning staff after waiting in front of the house. Agency never responded to phonecalls, responses to messages took two days. No WIFI, toilet flush is stuck and an incredibly noisy street, if you are not a steady sleeper. Compliments for friendly cleaning staff and the area around is nice

I do not understand why you say this things. You left a telephone number at the reservation where we sent all the information. We did not know you did not have access to the telephone number you left when you did the reservation. You contacted through VRBO and we speak with you at the moment. There is WIFI at the apartment and you never said to me the toilet flush was stuck. I have fixed it after your stay.
