1 bedroom with good areas, with very comfortable double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and overlooking the sea. Also good size room consisting of two sofas with single bed (spring mattress), TV, DVD, air conditioning, wifi, table with four chairs and cupboard, also with sea and city view.
Fully equipped kitchen with smart water heater and all kitchen utensils. Bathroom with tub. Balcony overlooking the beach and garden with electric grill. It has a private parking space in a closed garage. Bed linen and bath towels included.

Winter get away

This condo was true to the pictures , very bright and cheerful, so much art work. Location was perfect , short walk to the beach, and marina with the many restaurants. This condo had exceptional view , being on the 4th floor , you see the ocean and beautiful city of Lagos. The balcony receives sun all day long, perfect for breakfast or lunch , and late day cocktail, We enjoyed our stay immensely, and would definitely stay here again in the future. Our host Antonio was quick to reply to any questions we had. What a great place thanks Antonio

Flott leilighet for lenger opphold. Veldig bra utstyrt, rent og pent da vi ankom. Nydelig utsikt over byen og stranda. Sentral beliggenhet. Litt dårlig informasjon angående skifte av sengetøy og håndklær. Tok litt lang tid å fikse en liten feil som oppsto.

Clean and convenient

Our stay was for one month. We were amazed at the amount of cleaning the staff performed every day. The location was perfect for walking downtown and to the marina. We would stay here again. The bed was wonderful.

Komplett eingerichtet und saubere Ferienwohnung

Die Buchung war sehr unkompliziert. Vermieter hat sich mit uns direkt in Verbindung gesetzt. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, was eigentlich schon über eine Ferienwohnung hinaus geht. Sämtliche Maschinen sind vor Ort. Bügeleisen,Bügelbrett, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Töpfe, Bratpfanne. Wenn man möchte, kann man sich komplett Selbstversorgen. Nachteil für uns kein deutsches Fernsehen. Da man aber gutes Internet hat, konnten wir uns mit dem Handy aushelfen, was wir mit dem Fernseher gekoppelt haben. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, das die Decken im Schlafzimmer etwas dicker wären, da wir bei etwas geöffneten Fenster schlafen, war uns etwas kalt. Dieses Problem kann man bestimmt mit dem Vermieter besprechen. Morgens und abends war es uns etwas zu laut. Die Anlage liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße wo morgens und abends viel Verkehr vorbei fuhr. Einige Motorräder und Pkws haben richtig aufgedreht. Das hat manchmal genervt. Die letzten drei Tage hatten wir eine Baustelle. Es wurden die Fliesen mit einem Bohrhammer entfernt. Darüber wurden wir nicht informiert. Ansonsten war das Appartement sehr schön eingerichtet.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Very clean and well maintained. Has everything you need.

Loved staying in Condominium Do Mar. Close to everything. Apartment beautiful and clean. Would recommend anyone to stay here. All mod cons in apartment, bar modern TV if that's your thing. Wasn't a problem for us. Who needs TV when staying in beautiful Lagos. Owner was quick to reply to any queries we had. Would stay here again no problem.

Grand appartement où il ne manque rien !

L’appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Toutes les pièces ont des fenêtres et le lit est grand et confortable. La résidence est calme ; on y dort bien. Le parking fermé en sous sol : très bien. Le personnel de l'accueil très gentil. Le balcon très sympa et on voit la ville et la mer. A 5 minutes à pied de la plage Meia Praia et à 15 minutes à pied de Lagos historique. Par contre il y avait des fourmis dans la chambre et la salle de bains. On est entouré d'immeubles et donc cela n'a aucun charme. Pas de WI FI gratuite. Les canapés sont très inconfortables (peut-être parce qu'ils font lit). Il manque quelques produits ménagers et de base (liquide vaisselle, sel, huile, ...) que les gens laissent en général à leur départ et dont les nouveaux arrivants se servent (je l'ai toujours vu dans mes locations précédentes) et là il n'y a absolument rien. Ceci dit ce n'est pas prévu dans la location.

Good Apartment with lovely views

This is a bright clean apartment with lovely views. It is well furnished and the kitchen is very well equipped. The only negatives we found were the wifi and the barbeque. To get wifi you have to pay online or through an ATM, there is instructions in the apartment which we found confusing. With regard to the BBQ even though it is built in there was no grill or trays to use it, when we queried this we were told that there was an electric grill in the apartment which we could use. This was disappointing for us as we like to BBQ and ended up buying a small charcoal one in the local store. Other than the issue with the wifi and the BBQ I would certainly recommend this apartment.

Il est très bien situé plein sud avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et sur la ville de Lagos Situé à 5mn à pied du port et pour les courses il y a une grande surface à 15mn à pied Il est très propre clair spacieux et possède tous les équipements utiles pour faciliter la vie en vacances, le lit est grand est très confortable Il est très silencieux (en avril) Deux petits bémols sans importance ; la réception télé est très mauvaise et il manque les 2 bouchons à l'évier pas facile pour faire la vaisselle. Appartement propre et bien situé

Nous étions 3 adultes, nous avons passés 2 semaines de vacances dans cet appartement et rien à redire. Celui-ci est très bien situé entre la plage et la marina qui donne accès à la ville. Propre, bien aménagé, le balcon donne une vue imprenable sur la plage de meia praia et la ville de Lagos en face. L'environnement est plutôt calme et la piscine au top. Merci au propriétaire qui a su répondre à nos demandes très rapidement.
