Charming Villa ideally located in a quiet and dead end street, 800m from the sea and Tamariu beach. It has recently been refurbished. It consists of a large garden, a private pool (6x3) on a large terrace facing south. The villa is distributed on two levels. On the ground floor, a large living room with fireplace, TV and dining room overlooking a nice open kitchen fully equipped (gas hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, small fridge, freezer). All giving via two large windows on the terrace. 1 bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room. Separate WC. On the floor, 1 room with two beds 1 person, 1 room with 3 beds of a person of which one superimposed. Both overlooking a small terrace. 1 bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom with double sink. All rooms have a fan. Separate WC.

Casa maravillosa

Villa Nesprera es una delicia. Decorada con buen gusto, luminosa, amplia, tranquila, con toda las comodidades. Hemos disfrutado al máximo de una semana de silencio y calma. Situada en una urbanización residencial a 10- 15 minutos andando del centro del pueblo y la playa (ojo, la vuelta es todo subida y puede ser cansado), lo cual favorece un ambiente muy relajado y tranquilo . Françoise es atenta y amable, y cuenta con la ayuda de personal que te atiende en lo que necesitas. Solo le falta aire condicionado para ser la casa perfecta! aunque cuenta con ventiladores en todas las habitaciones. Gracias Françoise por todo y felicidades por tu preciosa casa!

Heerlijk huis! Heel fijn dat er zoveel voor handen is in het huis zelf. Aan alles is gedacht tot aan tassen om boodschappen mee te doen toe! De kinderen hebben genoten van al het speelgoed voor in het zwembad. Echt heerlijk! Mooie omgeving en zeker in het hoogseizoen is het fijn dat je je terug kan trekken in de rust van het huis en de tuin!

15 jours dans un écrin, très belle maison située sur les hauteurs de Tamariu. 9 couchages répartis sur 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain, cuisine ouverte sur une grande pièce à vivre, vraie grande terrasse + coin piscine et enfin grand jardin l ensemble dans un environnement calme. Villa confortable et très bien équipée

La villa et les espaces extérieurs sont parfaitement équipés et très propres. Les gros plus : le linge de maison est fourni, le barbecue, la table de ping-pong. Très bons échanges avec la propriétaire et David qui est très réactif sur place. Nous recommandons vivement pour un séjour en famille. Le village de Tamariu est très charmant avec commerces, restaurants, plages à 15min à pieds (côte difficile pour personnes âgées).
