Very high standard residence (Les Katikias), located on the heights of Bandol, in a wooded park, with panoramic views of the sea, and access to the residence's secure swimming pool, open from May 10 to October 10 depending on the weather, monitored in July / August. Free parking space near the apartment.
Beautiful 46m² apartment completely renovated in March 2018 + 22m² terrace with panoramic views of the port of Bandol and the sea.

Not a great apartment and unclean, poor check-out and bad customer service from VRBO

The apartment is at an inconvenient location and given the massive uphill climb to the apartment, it’s not possible to use the beach on foot from the apartment. Do not book this apartment if you want to walk anywhere to the beach or to the promenade. The apartment has mould and is not clean. Bathroom drains are clogged. Please note, there are no dog friendly beaches nearby and we had to travel 1.30 hours away by car for a beach that is dog friendly. We stayed for a week and we were provided with ZERO cooking items (not even salt, oil, etc.), 2 dishwasher tablets. We thought it was very cheap on their part to do so. Check out process is inconvenient as we were asked to provide a slot at the time of check-in and we were told that it cannot be changed once agreed.

Wundervoller Blick auf die Bucht. Das Anwesen an sich ist nicht schön. Der Pool ist nur zum Schwimmen gedacht. Es sind keine Liegen dort und Ballspiele sind nicht erlaubt, nichts für Kinder. Der Weg vom Strand ist sehr mühsam, es geht steil bergauf. Wohnung war sauber, bis auf die Polster. Überall Tierhaare, warum die auf Sitzmöbel müssen, kann ich nicht verstehen. Zumindest eine Decke wäre schön. Sonst ist sie so spartanisch ausgestattet, wie die meisten. Aber das kennt man ja und ist vorbereitet.

Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den zauberhaften Ort, das Meer und die Küstenlinie vergisst man so schnell nicht mehr. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfect place for a home-cation

Great view on the Sea with a huge terrace. The appartement is big enough for a small family of 3 or 4. We had everyday necessities nearby. A great bakery, a little wine shop, supermarkets, the port and the beaches. You will reach everything within a few minutes.It is important to know that you will need a car, because the place is up on the hills of Bandol We will definetly be back one day.

Nice property. Draw back was huge crane in view. It was constructing new building just below apart

Great place. Mirror doors do need a backing. They are see through...might be a bit prudish on my part. But I would like some privacy as well as others. Place worked well for our needs and everything worked.

Anlage okay, aber Baulärm

Der versprochene schöne Ausblick wurde durch einen Kran getrübt. Werktags gab es ab 7 Uhr bis abends massiven Baulärm (Presslufthammer), worauf in der Beschreibung nicht hingewiesen wurde. Vermieter war kulant und hat eine kurzfristige Stornierung angeboten, was wir dann auch angenommen haben.

Vue à couper le souffle!

Appartement conforme aux photos et à la description. Equipement adéquat pour cuisiner. Des manuels d’utilisation des électro-ménagers et de la climatisation seraient très appréciés pour nous faciliter la vie. Location très appréciée.
