We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean and pretty. Middleburg was really neat to visit and we’d love to go back. Lots of space in the house and 3 full bathrooms was nice to have. Only minor issue we had was that even though they did think to put a tarp over the fire pit to protect it from rain, somehow it still had water in the bottom and we struggled to start a fire. Not a big deal, and probably not always an issue. We’d happily go back to this house.

Sorry for your issues with the fire pit. We were definitely not expecting anyone to be using fireplaces or firepits yet. It has been so hot and is still very dry. We will clean up the firepit when we are no longer running A/C and there is a fall chill in the air.

Great hideaway very close to Middleburg

The cottage was perfect for our family who were visiting Middleburg for a wedding. Easy to find, very clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and ample parking for multiple cars. I purchased this property years ago to avoid it becoming a large tract house. I completely renovated it in 2019 to make it up to date, sunny, open, and sophisticated with high end details.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The Middleburg area is surrounded by many large farms and open fields. Much is in conservation easement. It is a special area known for horses.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

It is all brand spanking new from the beds and sheets to the bathrooms, kitchen and appliances. You will love hanging out with friends or two families would be very happy together.
