The house was exactly as advertised, 5 ⭐️ for cleanliness, it was inviting and relaxing. There is beach access just across the hwy. The communal gathering building was nice, it’s well thought out for families. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
Everything was wonderful about this property except the shower. The water temperature was very unstable, usually freezing with a couple of extreme heat moments. There is another shower in the common area just across the road. I definitely recommend using it. Other than that everything was perfect and the hosts were wonderful
Quick trip, paid less for this adorable, clean tiny house for two nights Than I would have a inn/motel in area.
Location was right where I needed to be and staying in a tiny house has always been on my bucket list!
Highly recommend.
Adorable tiny home basically right next to a very charming stretch of beach and a short drive away from some yummy restaurants (especially the stuffed mushrooms at the Hilltop Bistro). There were a lot of ants in the tiny home and some of the dishes looked a little scuzzy, but other than that (and even with that) it was an utterly charming and well worth it place to stay.

I will stay again! Our "tiny" rental was perfect and in a great location on the coast!
It was easy to find, close to the beach & really cozy! Small space heater was nice to have & the shower was warm! I loved everything about this tiny house! I would stay again for sure
This park is really clean, nice, and quiet. The location is good for going either to Waldport and north or 8 minutes south to Yachats. The owners/caretakers are fastidious with cleanliness and responding to questions. We will be back!
