Beautiful 2 bedroom 1.5 bath row house in the heart of trendy Capitol Hill! Longer term stays only (30 - 180 days with extension possible). Additional rental agreement will be required.
Close to restaurants, downtown, Denver Performing Arts venues and Denver Health. Near public transportation and bike paths and bike/scooter shares. Super convenient! Trader Joe’s is across the street and the location is close to a variety of casual to upscale restaurants.
This relaxing and cozy retreat reflects my passion for the ocean and travel. The comfy bedrooms are a perfect place to recharge after exploring the city. The kitchen is newly remodeled and fully equipped; a washer, dryer, ironing board, Iron and hairdryer are available for your use. Come and enjoy the modern conveniences of my home and all that Denver has to offer!

Great location!

This is the perfect location for a Denver stay! The house is centrally located in Capital Hill, an excellent hot spot for a weekend in the city. The house is clean and the perfect size for a couple. There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance and Trader Joe’s directly across the street. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!!

The owner was so helpful. There isn’t a lot of parking but she helped us with directions on finding a place to park. And she answered all our questions right away. The house was cute and very clean. Great neighborhood! Everything in walking distance. Will definitely book again when I come to town!!

Lovely

A literally sparkling townhouse located in the heart of Capitol Hill on the edge of a nice park. There are sparkles in the tile grout used in the kitchen and sparkling crystals in the dining room painting and hanging in the front window. Plenty of room for one's things unpacked and bathrooms upstairs and down. Just perfect for up to four people.

Spotless and serene getaway

Heather's property is convenient, comfortable, and elegant. We loved being able to walk.across the street for.groceries.at Trader Joe's and easily reach the art museum, the movie theater, and the botanic gardens. Heather was easy to contact and had stocked.the kitchen.with basic supplies. We will hope to stay again when we come to.Denver for family gatherings!

Sweet spot

Beautifully appointed town house in a very nice part of town. There’s a park across the street and a great breakfast restaurant half a block away. Heather was a helpful and attentive host.

What makes this property unique

This is a fantastic place to explore Denver and the Metro area. Close to everything. Easy to commute to that conference or job interview, or head to the mountains for some fun. We are right down the street from Denver Health and within 10 minutes of several other health facilities for medical professionals. Only a 30 minutes to drive from my house into the mountain town of Idaho Springs to go River Rafting. You are 1 hour from Casinos in Central City, 1.5 hours from Winter Park and Keystone Ski areas! Fancy shopping? Head to Cherry Creek or to a sporting event or Football game downtown. You are literally in the center of it all. Denver is also a Foodie's town. There are tons of great restaurants in Capitol Hill, or head to RINO in Denver for nightlife and food. Enjoy and Have a great time!
