Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re glad to hear you found the property to be a lovely place to stay. We understand that a 10:00 AM checkout can be difficult when you have a later flight, and we appreciate your feedback. Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the carriage house, the walkable location, and the comfortable amenities — especially the cozy bed and well-equipped kitchen. It sounds like you were able to make the most of the area with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, Red Rocks, and nearby trails. We also appreciate your feedback about the check-in process and completely understand how late-night travel can make things feel a bit more confusing after a long day. We’ll keep looking for ways to make arrival even smoother for future guests. We’d love to host you again anytime!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we're sorry to hear parts of your stay didn't live up to what you expected. We know parking and quiet, reliable basics like wifi and A/C make a real difference to how a stay feels, so we appreciate you flagging this. A couple of quick notes for future guests reading this: parking around the property is permitted-only, and the nearest legal spot is about a block away by the church — we do call this out in our listing details, but we know it's still an adjustment if you're not expecting it, and we're sorry for the inconvenience. On the wifi and A/C — that's not the experience we want anyone to have. We're looking into the router to see why it needed multiple resets, and we'll also have the A/C unit checked out, since noise like that shouldn't get in the way of relaxing in the evening. We're grateful for the feedback, as it helps us keep improving the place for the next guest. We hope you'll give us another chance in the future!

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the location and found it ideal for your stay in the city. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again in the future!

Thank you so much for this thoughtful and detailed review! We are so glad the cottage felt clean, comfortable and well equipped for your stay, and that the location worked out so well with such easy access to the stadiums, restaurants and shops. It is great to hear you felt safe and settled in the neighborhood! We truly appreciate your patience regarding the plumbing issues and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, especially the delay with the shower. We completely understand how disruptive that can be and will make sure our maintenance process is as quick and communicative as possible going forward. We also appreciate the note about the patio and will make sure it gets some post-winter attention before the next guests arrive! We would love to welcome you back and give you an even smoother experience next time!
