Orange Beach beautiful

We had a great time with our family and friends celebrating birthdays! The location was great and so was the condo. It was spacious and clean, served our needs well. The only part that was tough was parking. Lots of empty ‘owner’ spots that would have bern nice to use.

This place was the perfect location for watching the boats coming and going in the mornings and evenings. Plus, it’s close to our favorite restaurant, The Gulf! Very clean and spacious condo!

It was lovely. Views were beautiful. Property was clean and very nice. We had one small issue with coffee maker and they pretty much immediately brought a new one. Would definitely rent this property in the future.

Beautiful view, quiet end of the beach, spacious interior, well equipped kitchen and very clean!

Great experience. Had a couple of service needs and management was responsive and courteous. The beach wasn’t crowded, unlike the beach in front of the big properties. Great pool, gas grills for cooking in the common area and location of this corner unit makes it very quiet - we didn’t hear neighbors at all. Really great experience overall.

Very Clean Condo!

We come to Orange Beach all the time and have never stayed at Grand Pointe before. What a great place! The condo was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at. Plenty of space for everyone inside and 4 bathrooms is amazing. Southern Vacation Rentals made the entire process easy even we we extended our stay. Everything was great. We will be back!

Nice Place!

Everything was very nice and clean. The space was updated and nicely decorated. My only complaint would be the beds. The mattresses old and visibly sunken (is that a word?) and the bedding itself was a little sparse. But other than that we enjoyed the stay very much.

Everything was perfect, the beds were really comfortable, the kitchen had all the supplies we need it. You do have to bring extra paper towel and toilet tissue. I wish checkout was a little later than 9 AM especially when you have small children. This unit did not allow late checkout..

Great place to stay!

Property was very nice. Check in and out was very easy. Getting everything out by 9:00am check out time was a little hectic, but doable. I wish it had been 10 or 11am. The condo has large windows with beautiful views!! It is on the end which was great due to us having multiple small children. There was easy access to the beach and the pool area was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked. If you plan on making any lasagna type meals you will need to get some disposable metal pans but that is not a big deal. The balcony was great to enjoy early morning coffee or late night drink. I would recommend this for any large group.

Relaxing Week

Our stay last week was wonderful. The view was perfect, right at eye level. The kitchen was well stocked & furnishing tasteful. I would have given it 5 stars but the master king mattress has seen better days. It needs to be replaced. The springs are felt & popping on the left side- very disappointing. Also, the vertical blinds are awful. In addition, the 2nd bedroom blinds are decorative but do nothing for keeping out the porch light that cannot be cut off for obvious reasons. I noticed several of your neighbors have black-out curtains on this window. If you change these things we will request your condo again next year.
