We booked the property 1 year in advance and paid in full. When I sent a message the day before we were due to arrive to find out the check in details, I was then told that the property was no longer available for the 3 nights we had booked, only the first night was available. After a complaint to Vrbo directly I was able to claim a full refund, but it would have been a lot less stressful had we been given more than 1 days notice. I have given the property location, cleanliness and description 3* as we never visited so have no idea, but would give zero stars for communication and overall if I could due to the stress caused.
