Beautiful, clean home in great neighborhood

I had a wonderful staycation in this beautiful, large home. Surrounding neighborhood has it all and is very walkable. Host was kind and attentive, great communication.

Wonderful stay!

This was our first time using VRBO and we were impressed with this apartment. BEAUTIFUL views from the roof top terrace, comfortable beds, safe neighborhood, perfect location. Lots of restaurants and coffee houses within a 5 minute walk. Lots of attractions within a mile. The hosts were very quick to answer any questions we had. If we return to Philly we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay!

I stayed here with three of my friends while visiting Philadelphia for a sporting event . We had an amazing time ! Danni is an incredible host and very responsive as well as extremely hospitable . The rooftop area is very nice . The house is very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. Parking was straightforward and I was able to find nearby street parking for free for the weekend . I highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful home and location!

The property was immaculate! The view from the south facing windows and the roof top are stunning! Danni was very responsive to us and even stopped by to drop off some items we needed. We did not rent a car while in Philly and had no trouble getting from place to place, either by walking or by ride-share. We loved our stay and would happily go back!!

Fairmount Philadelphia Getaway

Our son, daughter-in-law, 2 boys and we stayed at this lovely home for 3 nights. Met all our expectations for a great location, comfortable surroundings and great view from the roof top terrace. Perfect time to be in Philadelphia to experience all the festivities the City has to offer. We enjoyed the local playground and walks to/from some great eateries. We just might do it again. Our Hosts were very accommodating and saw to it that we had all our needs met. Highly recommend this property and VRBO/

Great Stay in Philly

We cannot say enough about our recent stay in Philadelphia and in Danni's property. The townhouse itself is exceptional; it was clean, stylish and modern, and had all the amenities my family and I needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and our kids got a kick out of sleeping on the fold-out beds. Parking is a bit of a chore, but once we were settled, everything we needed was within walking distance or a short Uber. Fairmount has plenty of restaurants and bars so that we were occupied at night, and the playground across the street kept the kids' attention. Even more than the great property, Danni was an outstanding hostess. She answered calls and email within minutes and offered comprehensive responses to our questions. Moreover, she was incredibly welcoming: there were cookies for the kids, adult beverages for Mom and Dad, and a handwritten, personalized note to welcome us. We could not ask for more.

Great stay, cool neighborhood, wonderful host

I highly recommend Dannie’s place in this great neighborhood in Philly. Danni was a gracious host and left us a sweet note and welcome snacks and drinks, which was a nice surprise. The apartment is very pleasant and modern. The rooftop view of the skyline is simply awesome for having a drink or just hanging out under the stars. Danni was also very prompt and communicative when we needed her advice on things like parking and access to the house. The neighborhood has developed recently with plenty of nice bars restaurants and shops just a few blocks away. Thanks Danni for a very enjoyable stay!

Enjoy the comfort of our stylish Art Museum home. With the beautiful Philly downtown skyline view on every level of the house, it features one Cali King bed, one queen bed, two sleeper sofas, one and a half baths, spacious living dining and kitchen with a 65 inch HD smart TV, free Netflix, and lots of comforts right in the heart of Art Museum area. If you come with little ones, this family friendly house has a nursing den with infant/toddler essentials such as changing table, Pack n Play, bathing tub, etc.
