The property was quiet and lovely and very well stocked! The hosts were very responsive to our communications. We would definitely recommend this property and would return if traveling back in the area.

I felt so pampered during my stay here. I was looking for a quiet retreat and this was perfect. The cabin was well-stocked and beautifully decorated. The wood stove was so cozy. The location felt very private and I only saw the owners once when I stopped to ask for a recommendation. The bed was very comfortable and I loved how spacious everything was. It’s a great location for exploring the area. I would absolutely come back again in any season.

I think the best way to put it is that this is the place you've dreamed of. It feels like waking up at grandpa and grandmas and I mean that in the most wonderful sense of the words. Truly outstanding accomodations and so many indications of thoughtfulness and care. Best place I've ever stayed in!

The barn house was wonderful. It was everything we had hoped for—a quiet and lovely place to escape to. And the host was amazing; we felt very taken care of. We only wish it had been a little colder, so we could have enjoyed the wood stove. We'll have to come back in the winter!

We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO‘s over the years in fact you could call us a Vrbo “power user “. This may be the very best we have ever experienced. Place is beautiful. It’s incredibly well stocked. Lots of extra little touches like fresh banana bread, bottle of wine. The list just goes on and on. The host were fantastic. Very communicative and the property is absolutely beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful location, so charming, clean, comfortable and quaint. Host is so welcoming, and made our stay absolutely perfect, will definitely be returning!

WOW!! This was such an amazing place. When we arrived we had fresh flowers, wine, cheese, crackers, cake, not to mention all the other goodies that were in the fridge and cupboards. This place was better equipped than our home.The bed was comfortable and the shower had really hot water. We would definitely return.

The property and owners were both an absolute dream. Leslie was so accommodating and easy to communicate with, providing great directions, suggestions, and even a quick message to let me know I had left something behind upon checkout. The property is gorgeous - serene, comfortable, well stocked, and decorated in such a perfectly lovely and homey way. I wish we could have stayed for so much longer just to enjoy the calm atmosphere of the grounds. Location was also excellent, we were able to explore Port Townsend, Poulsbo, and the surrounding area with ease.

Charming accommodations! Clean environment! Attentive and Considerate hosts! Beautiful and peaceful area! Everything we needed was there plus some nice treats. Highly Recommended. The listing information is accurate even though the property is more delightful than pictures can capture. There is a cute and busy bird area just past the driveway that was busy with several denizens. Ludlow Falls Interpretive Trail is nearby and was a nice easy-ish outdoor activity. From 2 senior guests, thank you!

Really fun stay! It was like staying at a private park with the property grounds being so large. Everything was well stocked for cooking and making fires. The extra treats in the fridge were a bonus. The host was great and quickly helped us get back in the barn after we accidentally locked ourselves out haha. Five out of five experience!

Wow, what an amazing hidden gem nestled in the hills of Washington….. Leslie and Don have put together a premiere location filled with goodies, fresh made coffee cake, a cheese tray and drinks and a cozy quiet place of solitude. Spend time here don’t get lost exploring too much, you have to enjoy this gem of a place…..

This was a cozy dream. They thought of everything. The flowers outside were beautiful. Anything you may have forgot was provided. The kitchen was well stocked. It was private and quiet. We'd gladly stay again. Thank you!

This was my second time staying at the barn house. I really loved how cosy it was, the fireplace is really nice and there is enough wood in the house to enjoy a cosy evening next to the fireplace. The bed is very comfy as well. Leslie the host is also very responsive and very helpful. Would recommend this place 10/10.

We loved our stay here! The kitchen was well stocked with spices and some surprises (chocolate cake, cheese & crackers, farm fresh eggs, and wine!). We had the fireplace on for one night which was super cozy. We loved the upstairs bedroom and how there was a step stool to get up on the tall bed. Loved the bath robes. We played chess one morning during breakfast. Communication with Leslie and Don have been terrific!
