Great week at the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Gary was great to work with - very communicative and accommodating throughout our stay. The house is in a great location, just steps to the beach and boardwalk. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great Spot near the Beach

Place is located in the perfect location. Right off the Boardwalk and super close to Pavilions and lots of great places to eat. Gary was a great host and was always available when needed. Thanks Gary

Steps to the beach!

The beach house is steps to the beach and a very clean and comfortable vacation rental. The 3 decks are great and provide lots of cool breeze. Also great to have the grocery store just a few blocks away. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location, accommodation and management

The Beach House is one block from the beach, boardwalk and a grocery store. It’s a very comfortable home with everything provided that you might need in the kitchen, and all rooms of the house and the 3 patios as well as for a day at the beach. Gary, the owner/manager was very friendly and very responsive to various questions/issues that came up during my one-month visit.

A delightful retreat

Gary’s Paradise was a perfect get away. The location was a short walk to the beach, allowing us to enjoy the sunset each evening. The location was also conveniently located to many restaurants. The condominium was clean, beautiful and relaxing. Gary was a wonderful host and was prompt to answer any question we had. We would love to revisit soon!

Great location!

We had a great time renting Gary’s place!! It was in a perfect location, close to the beach, stores, and restaurants! The house was beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed plus some. Gary was a great help to answer any questions and he even saved a parking space on the street for us for our 2nd car upon arrival!! Thanks for a great week!! We will be back!

Great Stay at Beach House!!!

Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay! Gary made sure we had everything we needed for our arrival and even left us some treats to munch on!! The house is well equipped from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms nothing is overlooked. The three balconies all offer views of the ocean, the sunsets were beautiful. Short walk to restaurants and grocery stores and the beach is literally a 3 minute walk down the street. We can't wait to come back!!

Great beach house

Everything from start to finish was perfect with Gary's Beach House ... he was attentive throughout the booking process, our arrival and during the stay. He even brought us food snacks for our arrival - very thoughtful. The location is great, the house is very nicely decorated and stocked ... couldn't have asked for anything more or different. Highly recommend and will return.

Wonderful location

We enjoyed our stay and loved the proximity to the beach, the climate, and overall location close to amenities. The home was basically clean and the decor comfortable, but some things need attention to make it more welcoming for a long-term stay. We've stayed in dozens of vacation rentals and what brought our overall rating down was: the tired and somewhat ratty sofa (not the same in pictures); the flaking off of the faux leather finish on most of the dining chairs and sticky table top; tired pillows, linens and towels; and the disarray of 2 patio areas. For example, the screen to the main level balcony was laid on its side outside, gas canisters and decor were strewn around the grill, the table umbrellas were on the ground and needed to be placed into the tables; the patio furniture was pretty dirty and had to be wiped down

All comments or suggestions are welcomed & valued. I spoke to these Guests several times during their stay and accommodated promptly with my handyman to adjust a faucet issue when requested. Which was taken care with no hesitation. Unfortunately, none of these other comments were made during their stay. If they had been I would have addressed them responsively. My goal is to always have satisfied & happy Guests. In future, it is most helpful if there is any disappointment about something that it is made soon after Guests arrive (within the first day or two). Then I can do my best to accommodate quickly & responsively. If something needs attending to at anytime during a Guests stay I will action responsively. Receiving information after a Guest has left does not best assist in helping to improve their current stay. Also, It should also be mentioned that during strong local Santa Ana winds the table umbrellas are taken down so that they do not fly away. The outer decks & furniture can acquire some dust with these winds. A simple telephone call to clean, replace or fix something internally or externally any time during a Guest stay is all that is necessary. Quick action will be taken to mitigate promptly.
