Cosy T3 with direct access to the ski slopes via the valley elevator!

A few steps from the thermal park, equidistant from the various ski resorts, near the train station, with a view of the Aravis range, the accommodation on offer has been thought out so that you can stay there with complete peace of mind. Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, completely redone, it consists of 2 large bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate wc, a large living room with an office area, a large kitchen fully equipped and a terrace where you can eat. A blue parking zone surrounds the building and the sncf car park, a few meters away, is free. Bed and bathroom linen are extra: 60 euros for all occupants, for the entire stay. Price outside school holidays: 364 euros per week. Attention curists' rates outside school holidays: 285 euros per week. Full season rate (Christmas, New Year's Day, school holidays): 584 euros per week. Attention full season spa guests: 350 euros per week. A deposit check of 400 euros will be kindly requested.

Très bel appartement, très bien équipé et très confortable. Très lumineux également. Belle terrasse. Hôte sympathique et accueillant. De plus situé à 2mn à pied des télécabines donc très pratique.

Logement décoré avec goût, très bien équipé (lave vaisselle, lave linge, connexion internet haut débit…) et très bien placé au Fayet entre la gare et les thermes. Emplacement idéal que ce soit pour une cure aux thermes ou pour un séjour à la montagne en couple ou en famille (départ du tramway pour le nid d aigle à 50 mètres). Vue superbe sur la montagne, et même sur le Mont Blanc de la fenêtre de la chambre ! Et pour finir une hôte exceptionnelle, accueillante, sympathique et à l écoute ! Recommandé****

Appartement propre et spacieux, fonctionnel, situé à 2min à pieds du tramway du Mont-Blanc. Premier départ à 9h00. La montée de 50 min est agréable et reposante et donne accès au domaine skiable des Houches par le col de Volza ou Bellevue. Appartement qui n'est pas au pied des pistes, mais bon pied à terre pour monter au domaine skiable des Houches pour celui qui n'est pas pressé

Appartement au top!

Réponses toujours rapides de la propriétaire avec un accueil très sympathique. L'appartement est situé près de la gare, de restaurants, du parc thermal avec jeux pour les enfants et de toutes les commodités, dans un immeuble avec ascenseur. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, confortable, calme, avec une jolie vue sur les montagnes. Il ne vous manquera rien! N'hésitez pas, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.
