L‘appartamento era com scritto sul sito web. 40m quadrati non sono molti per tre persone. Ma va. In complesso è un’appartamento comoda. La spoaggia è a tre minuti a poedi. Bellissima spiaggia. Piccoli negozi a circa trecento metri. Parcheggio sotto casa. Cap d’Agd offre molto, sia per piccoli è grandi.

Le lieu est idéalement situé et offre depuis le balcon une vue sur la mer située à 50 mètres à peine. Les commerces sont très proches. Appartement très moderne et bien équipé. Parking sécurisé. Just perfect !

Appartement très propre, bien équipé, rénové cet année( donc encore mieux que sur les photos) avec place de parking. Très bonne situation : à 2mn à pied des plages et à 5 mn de petits commerces dans quartier calme. Excellents échanges avec la propriétaire. Je recommande cet appartement.

L’appartement est très proche de la plage. Il y a également le mail de rochelongue très près à pied avec des commerces restaurant tabac coiffeur, des animations le soir, un très grand marché le lundi matin... Ce côté du cap d’Agde est très familiale. Beaucoup d’activités à faire

C'est la 2ème fois que nous réservons cet appartement et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits. L'appartement est conforme à la description. Les 2 réfrigérateurs sont très appréciables pour une famille et la loggia qui prolonge le séjour permet d'y prendre ses repas. L'appartement est pourvu de tout le nécessaire. Il est situé loin de la foule mais à proximité des commerces et de la plage. Nous avons à nouveau passé un excellent séjour (trop court hélas!).

Appartement correspond à la description. Propriétaire très agréable Très proche de la plage. Super piscine dans la résidence. Très proche de la zone commerciale, mais assez isolé de la foule là-bas. Pendant la journée, un peu de bruit de la rue lorsque toutes les fenêtres sont ouvertes. Calme la nuit. A recommander.

Excellentes vacances. Aucune surprise en découvrant l'appartement, la description sur l'annonce était bien le reflet de ce que nous avons trouvé en arrivant. Appartement très propre et très bien équipé. Résidence très calme et sécurisé. Piscine, plage et petite rue piétonne au pied de la résidence, un vrai bonheur. Vous pouvez tout faire à pied. Et pour couronner le tout, une propriétaire adorable.
