THE GRAN MOUN APARTMENT

The apartment Gran Moun is a beautiful four-room fully renovated, spacious and comfortable + a beautiful terrace and private garden with sea view in a small co-op of 3 apartments in Trois Ilets, Pointe du Bout.
Ideal location and quiet in a dead end, the beach of Anse Mitan and Pointe du Bout are 200m from the apartment.

On the large terrace you will find a dining table + a garden furniture.
We provide travelers with hammocks, 1 charcoal grill for excellent grills and a paddle.

The two bathrooms are equipped with a shower, 2 sinks, storage + wc

The very well equipped kitchen with its central island opens onto the large lounge / TV area and the terrace.

After a day on the beach or discovering Martinique, take the time to relax on the terrace of the Gran Moun apartment.

Each room has a large wardrobe and air conditioning.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

This apartment is intended for 6 people maximum.

NEAR

The beaches, shops, restaurants and the marina of the tourist point of Pointe du Bout and Anse Mitan are 200 m. From the marina, there is a regular sea link to Fort-de-France.

From its central position, excursions in the North or South of Martinique are facilitated. A tree climbing course, a riding club and tennis courts are just a few km away, as well as golf course. Access to the beautiful beaches of the Diamond and Anses d'Arlet is fast and direct.

Beautiful and Comfortable

This location was really comfortable and quiet despite being so close to all the beaches, restaurants and shops of Pointe de Bout. The unit is very modern and well equipped and has a great view of the area. The beach is an easy, flat walk from the apartment. The unit upstairs is under construction and there was some noise from it. The manager arranged for them to stop when we contacted him.

Location de bas de villa très bien équipée et fonctionnelle, environnement calme et belle terrasse couverte. Le descriptif de l'annonce correspond à la réalité. Location à 4 min a pied de la plage de l'Anse Mitan. Bon positionnement géographique pour visiter le Diamant, les Anses d'Arlet et le Sud ainsi que Fort de France (Navette)

La situation de l’appartement est très pratique : commerces, plages et navette maritime pour Fort de France à pied. Les prestations de la location et l’accueil par les gérants étaient parfaites.
