WATERFRONT WONDER. Private "Tip Lot" in quiet neighborhood offers 2 sides of water surrounding the property with 120' Yacht Dock, Floating Jet-Ski and Kayak Dock, and 12,000 pound Boat Lift. This sailboat accessible gem is only 7 minutes to open water by boat.

Spacious west-facing LANAI with Pool, dining table and lounging furniture make this Florida Room a SUNSET DELIGHT. Day and night, dolphins and manatees frequent the waters around the dock.

Guest rooms are on opposite side of the house from the Master Suite which also opens to the Lanai. The Lanai includes outdoor refrigerator, wet bar, sink and TV for enjoying sports and movies with a view of the water. Cook your fresh-caught fish on the outdoor gas BBQ.

Kitchen equipped with Microwave Oven, Electric Range, Fridge with Ice maker. Master Bath has walk-in shower. Guest bath has shower-tub combination. Master bedroom and 1 guest room have walk-in closets.

261 Lido is 1.2 miles from Ponce de Leon Park and 2 miles to Fisherman's Village. Golf Magazine listed Punta Gorda as a top 10 golf destination city.

US Magazine listed Punta Gorda as the Best Place to Retire in 2014. Sightseeing boat tours are available from Fisherman's Village daily and boat rentals are available for daily or weekly rent. Downtown (2.5 miles) offers a variety of restaurants and bars with waterfront and sunset views.

Beautiful vacation spot!

Loved everything about this property. We recently spent a month at this lovely house. It had everything we could have wanted, including a wonderful lanai. The 120 ft dock was perfect for fishing, and we caught several types of fish right off the dock. We swam every day in the heated pool. The location was very close to the fisherman’s Village, many restaurants and shopping. We would not hesitate to rent this house again when visiting Punta Gorda.

Great pool and view.

Wonderful, relaxing vacation with awesome pool & lanai on a great canal with many boats going by. Convenient location close to Fisherman’s Village with many restaurants and walking/biking trails. Also close to the Peace River Wildlife Center. The bikes were a great way to get to both of these locations in a very bike friendly environment. Home had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Beds were ok but could use updated bedding and a king bed in the master. We would highly recommend this property.

This house was in a great location on the canal with lots of boat traffic. Loved having bikes and kayaks available as well as a fantastic pool. The owner was nice enough to stop by and we enjoyed meeting him. Quiet neighborhood!!

Great house and value

Great location with a west facing pool and lanai that gives sun all afternoon. Beautiful view of the inner coastal with many boats going by all day. Open the sliding glass doors fully to combine the living room with the outdoor living space for a great dining experience. It's really a great value for the rate you pay. I would highly recommend and would stay there again. Owner was very kind and helpful throughout.

Beautiful canal home

We loved our time at this property. It was exactly as pictured, was clean and well equipped. Check in was great. We were able to meet the owner at check in and we used the services of the property manager to address an issue with the pool. He was very accommodating. We would definitely recommend!

January sun break

Renting this property was very easy. The description and photos were an accurate representation. We really enjoyed the western sunsets right from the screened lanai. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

This house allowed us to make our memories extra special!

This house was in a great location, was very clean and well decorated and had an amazing outdoor space. Our week long stay was so fun and a big reason was because of this house and our property owner Bob who was very helpful and kind. Over the weekend we had family over and because the outdoor space was set up so nice it kept people from going inside. The kids enjoyed the pool while the adults visited in the outdoor space while keeping an eye on the kids swimming. We used the kayaks every day which was such a relaxing form of exercise. This house was a convenient drive to Boca Granda beach where we spent one day enjoying it's clear water and beautiful beach. There are so many restaurants located near by and the Fisherman's Village was so close to catch our all day boat trip for our family reunion. We all slept well and the evening sunsets were so relaxing. We will definitely visit Lido Drive again!
