The home was in excellent condition and included a heated pool (86 degrees) and boat slip. The boat slip worked well for our 23-foot center console and afforded us with easy access to Tampa Bay, Sarasota Bay, and waterfront restaurants and sandbars. The home was located within a couple blocks of shopping and restaurants and walking distance to the beach. Overall, a great house for our family of five.

The property is beautiful and the location of it is in a quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance to Pine Ave. restaurants and shops. We will definitely be returning here!

Cool little spot

Property is as listed. Very comfortable ans everything was so nice a clean. Even all the outdoor furniture was nice. The pool is awesome day or night- with water falls and cool colors. Fishing in the canal is fun for all and the manatees will certainly visit. Location is great for teens and adults. I took my daughter and a friend (both 15) and was comfortable letting them walk to the shops etc..day or night We rented a golf cart, it is almost a necessity. Please on having at least one. We did do a beach set up which was a NO BRAINER. Pay the money! My only negative is that the house is hot. It only really cools off at night and overnight. I would suggest you close all the blinds. I am assuming the house insulation is just older and HVAC system can't keep up. I would recommend to the owners maybe and in and out unit or window unit for the living room

Gulf to Bay

5th different place we've stayed on the island and loved the location. Very convenient to the Bay and Pine Street, and an easy walk to the Gulf. With bikes and a kayak the entire island was within our range. Great spot, sparkling clean, wonderful pool. We'll do it again.

Paradise

Location was perfect! Took about a 10 minute walk to the beach, there were beach chairs & a wagon that we were able to use which helped a ton! Private pool was amazing, and the view was great!

Perfect location

This location was spot-on, the house was very clean and that pool? Talk about paradise found. Beach access made our lives easy, having the beach wagon and chairs at our disposal was great. We did need to rent an umbrella from a local shop. Everything was is in walking distance and we barely used our car once we got there. Great communication from AMI locals! Safe to say we’ll have future Anna Maria adventures! Thank you for such a great time!

Easter break on AMI

Our family really enjoyed staying at the Dockside Paradise property. The house and grounds were very neat and clean. My daughter especially loved having the pool to jump in every morning after breakfast. The property is in a great location for the beach and running into town. Highly recommend!

Lovely 4 days

Short trip and stayed on the island. House is in a terrific location! Quiet neighborhood, free trolley stop at the end of the street, Beach Bum rentals for kayaks/bikes/ golf carts also at end of the street, shops/coffee/restaurant/pier only 5 min walk away. Pool was nice for us and shallow entry point would be fun for younger kids. We watched manatees, fish, and birds in the canal behind the house. There was a small issue with the entry code sent to me being wrong, but someone was available to call and got me the proper code right away. I really appreciated that responsiveness.

THE BEST WEEK!

We LOVED this beautiful home and our week was wonderful. The backyard oasis is truly Remarkable and the fishing dock was just what my husband wanted. We will definitely be back. I can't even say how much we enjoyed our stay. The home was immaculately clean, everything was A+.

Super cute house on canal

We had a great time on the island and at Dockside Paradise. This is a small, very well-maintained house with a beautiful backyard and pool area that overlooks a canal. We thought the canal was great and the house came with two kayaks. We really enjoyed them. We saw tons of birds and fish. It’s just a short walk to the bay and Pine Street and an easy bike ride to the beach. The only negatives were the size of one of the bathrooms - very small - and you’ll need to bring everything if you plan to cook at all. No salt and pepper, no spices, foil, coffee filters...they do provide a couple of trash bags, a small roll of paper towel, two dishwasher tablets, and a few clothes detergent pods. (Maybe that’s the norm on Anna Maria. Idk)

Perfect spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The backyard was gorgeous and had great energy... we stayed out by the pool as much as we could! Loved being right on the canal. The home had plenty of space for us, and we appreciated all the special decor touches. The neighborhood was very quiet.. and we loved being able to quickly walk to Pine street shops... as well as the short walk to the bay and gulf beaches. We’re already talking about coming back next year for another girls’ retreat.
