Fabio met us at the apartment and walked us through how everything worked and was very responsive throughout our stay The apartment met all our needs and had great access to the metro, grocery store and very good restaurants. Thumbs up!!!

Fabio was a great host and was on site upon our arrival . It was very easy to communicate with our host as well .Property was very clean , spacious , and secure . Apartment is very well located , close to metro , grocery store as well as very good restaurants.Would have appreciated a washing machine .

Wonderfull stay

The Apartment is very well located (15 mn Walk to The duomo). Fabio Kindly waited for us While We hardly arrived from The airport. Beds are comfortable And clean. The street is a Bit loud, but Not unusual in a Great Town. We recommend.

Nice apartment and great host

The apartment is well maintained and furnished. The host couple are nice and respectful and responded fast to inquiries. The apartment is close to metro station. The only thing is it is noisy in the evening beyond midnight we can still hear people talking loudly. Overall we enjoyed our stay here thanks to the host!

Great apt in central location in Milan

This 2 bedroom apt was very clean, well appointed and quiet within walking distance of Milan Cathedral and other places of interest in Milan. It's about a 20-minute ride from Central Station on the tram. Our host Fabio was very polite and helpful. I would most certainly recommend this apt.

Wonderful location with some very good restaurants within a few blocks. The apartment is quite spacious and comfortable. No air conditioning, which would normally not be a problem, but it has been hot prior to our arrival and the apartment was hotter than we liked. Nevertheless, there were several fans to move the air around. The WiFi worked very well. There is an exclusive club directly below the apartment where the rich and famous (or maybe just wannabe rich and famous) hang out, and the people there were extremely loud at 3am on the night we arrived. I can't fault the apartment for that, but be aware.

Stay in Milan

Fabio was a very helpful host, he met us at the apartment late in the evening and showed us around and answered many questions for us. The Apartment is perfect for a small group of 4. The kitchen was stocked with the basics which was a nice help when we went to the grocery store. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place close to the Centre of the City. It was only a 10-15 minute walk and easy to get to.

Spacious and walking distance to major attractions

Wonderful, spacious and clean apartment. Fabio was fabulous, great with communication and helping us plan our transportation. There was a supermarket nearby and we could walk to the Duomo and other attractions. The kitchen was well stocked, although we didn’t do any cooking. The only negative was the noise from the street at night. It was quite loud with people talking until 2-3 am both nights we were there , a Friday and Saturday night. Other nights might be quieter.

Excellence experience

Visited Milan to attend the 2019 Monza GP. Excellence experience . The property manager was very helpful in guiding us to the property, explaining aspects of the apartment, traveling in the city and dining options. The property was very clean , but a little dated . Location good for Malin , but for visitors to the GP it was a circa 2 -2.5 hrs commute ( tram -> train -> bus). This was my first experience using Home & Away , which I consider very positive

Wonderful stay in Milan

Fabio was a terrific host - welcoming with warmth, helpfulness and superb communication. He met us at the apartment exactly on time, gave us a tour and even had a chilled bottle of Prosecco waiting for us after our long travel day. The apartment was spotless, fully functional and a close walk to the supermarket and restaurants. We would highly recommend without hesitation staying at Fabio’s place.

The apartment is in a great location. Easy to get to either the central train station or central Milan. A quiet neighborhood with a grocery store, as well as other shops and restaurants nearby. The tram and taxi stand are nearby too. The apartment is wonderful. Very spacious. Nicely decorated. And has everything you need. Fabio is a great host! He was very helpful with information regarding Milan. I highly recommend this apartment! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great place and wonderful host

Fabio's place is clean, neat, beautiful, conveniently located. Feel like your own home. If you like farmers market, it is on Thursday right outside your windows. All the fresh fruits and vegetables at reasonable price and good quality. Fabio is a thoughtful and generous host. He even went out of his way to take us to the train station. Highly recommended.

Un grand merci à Fabio pour son accueil , sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, l'appartement est très bien situé pour la visite de la ville, nous avons tout fait à pied ou en tramway. Les italiens sont très accueillants. Idéal pour le shopping !!!
