## THE ACCOMMODATION

Located just steps away from Place Gambetta, this 40 m² apartment on the 1st floor is a real gem in the city of Bordeaux. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower. The modern and fully equipped kitchen is the ideal place to prepare and enjoy your meals, inviting you to experience convivial moments.

To enhance your stay, the apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and a television, ideal for a work session or relaxing at the end of the day. Optional services such as breakfast and the rental of a baby bed or high chair are also available, ensuring a tailor-made stay adapted to your needs. A cot can be provided at a cost of €20 per stay and €30 with a high chair.

## DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of €250 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of €3,30.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.


## EXCHANGE WITH TRAVELERS

One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to plan your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally from 4 pm to 8:30 pm, however it is possible to arrive later, on request, with a supplement of €15 per additional hour.

## THE NEIGHBORHOOD

From Mérignac airport:
Take tram A from Mérignac Aéroport Station to Mériadeck Station then walk 5 minutes.

From Saint Jean Railway Station:
Take the bus 1 from Gare Saint Jean Station to Palais de Justice Station then walk 6 minutes.

To park your vehicle, places in the streets is free only from 7 pm to 9 am and on Sundays and bank holidays.
The apartment has no parking, the public parking « Centre Commercial Mériadeck» is located 500 meters from the apartment.
The price for parking are €19 for half a day.
