This gorgeous villa is situated close to many great beaches where besides surfing, sailing, snorkeling and diving and also hiking & climbing, you can also find excellent kitesurfing spots. The villa itself, located on an acre of land, is excellently equipped with all inside amenities as well as a BBQ, large swing (kids & adults), covered outdoor pool, pool toys, beach and snorkeling gear, several lounge areas and fireplace.
Within a 45min. drive from Lisbon you arrive at this villa - a perfect getaway located close to stunning beaches. This region (Serra da Arrabida, Sesimbra and Lagoa da Albufeira) offers numerous outdoor sports activities as well as beautiful sand beaches to relax and hikes and climbs with breath-taking views.
The villa is located on an acre of land with a private covered pool, BBQ area, chill-out areas, a swing overlooking the beautiful countryside, and much more. Downstairs you will find a corridor to the three individual bedrooms with queen and double beds, very high quality mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets. All rooms can be darkened 100% and guarantee that the bright sun light won't wake you up too early.
Also downstairs you have the well-equipped and spacious kitchen which makes it easy to prepare 5 star dinners for your family and friends. The kitchen is connected to a separate dining room as well as the living room (optional, living room doors can be closed). The living room has 2 individual 1-person sleeper couches and a cozy indoor fireplace. The living room opens to the large terrace area with lounge couches, egg swings, hammocks and view of the countryside, providing the perfect indoor-outdoor feel.
Upstairs you have a separate and very private space with a bathroom, large living room (sleeper couch) and a separate bedroom and work space. If needed, we can provide a baby cot, bed safety rails, a high chair as well as some toys and recommendations on what to do with kids in the area. The entire place is for you and your family or friends to enjoy.
