A casa está localizada no bairro córrego da ilha em Sabará, a casa não tem garagem e fica a 15 minutos caminhado até o centro da cidade. A casa tem três quartos, uma sala, uma copa, uma cozinha, um banheiro e uma pequena área. A casa está toda mobiliada e tem duas camas de casal, uma mesa grande na copa para até dez pessoas, duas camas de solteiro, geladeira, fogao e um sofá grande na sala. A casa é perfeita para descansar e a área é muito tranquila. A casa é ideal para quem deseja passar o final de semana na cidade e não ter que gastar muito caro com hotel ou pousada. Porfavor dar informação de animais de estimação caso decida levar. Não temos Wi-Fi na casa mas temos uma vista linda da cidade ;)
