Heart of Downtown Key West Cottage With Off-Street Parking

A Historic Cigar-Makers Conch Home, privately owned by a native hospitable family in the heart of Downtown, a few minutes walk from Duval St. Accommodates 1-2 couples. Your car will be safe in this parking spot, nowhere near the street. The Cottage is set back from the sidewalk so you are not subjected to traffic noises.


Note two things:
1. The price listed is for 2 guests only. There is an additional charge of $75/night for an additional guest.

2. The cottage is set back from the street but nearby at Hank's there is live music...luckily
as of around 10.18.23 - their music is now set further back from us! The music ends at midnight.

What a beautiful cottage in the heart of downtown. With limited parking, having our own place to park off the street was an added bonus. And it is so close to everything that walking was a great option. The house was cozy and clean and very accommodating. It was well stocked and the hosts were great to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, very close (walking distance) to the activities in Old Town. You won't need to rent a car. A/C is strong and provides a relief when you walk through the door. Clothes washer and dryer are on the side of the house. They are not hard to find, just step out the back. Everything was clean and neat with no clutter. Great little place.

Adorable cottage in a great location with off street parking. Walkable to everything you want to do, we didn’t use our car the entire stay. Neighborhood is quiet but still close to all the fun. Beds were comfortable, A/C kept us cool and everything is clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

The whole place was spotlessly clean. The host was very easy to contact at all times. Parking was a dream, with off road parking right in the centre of things, but with easy access in and out. The air conditioning was easily adjustable, if a little noisy. With a lot of the attractions within a 15 minute walk we were ideally located. Internet and tv access were great. A two minute walk to the Route 1 marker post, we must now try and get to the other end!Would I go back, in a heart beat. Thank you for allowing us to share your little piece of heaven.

Everything was absolutely perfect!! The cottage was charming and well cared for - Marcella thought of everything that we would need. There were the 2 of us but it would be perfect for a small family as well. We enjoyed the privacy and the off street parking. Glen and Beverly Greytak AZ

We go to Key West, once a year and have been staying in different places, trying to find that special place. This is it. If you want 5 star, Hilton Hotel style. Not it. If you want 5 star old town Key West. This is it. It's a gem. Literally in the heart of downtown. A block walk to everything going on, on Duval Street. But the Key, you'd never know it. It is so quiet (maybe during a festival it might be a bit more noise). It's tucked away, very private. Free parking (that right there will save you over 50 a day). Restaurants close by. Pan Am house, literally next door. Mel Fisher museum, 5-7 min walk. Mallory square maybe 12. Need to pick something up. CVS is a 10 min walk. If that. The owners are respond very quickly. For us, it was so good, we only corresponded about Key West, nothing to do with the cottage. If you are going to Key West and you WANT Key West, this is the place.

Property is in a perfect location and had everything we needed. A parking space was a special perk! The cottage was very clean. The A/C was nice and cool during a very hot week in May. The host reached out to us several times to see if everything was satisfactory. The location is quiet, but the Key West roosters like to crow!

The parking was great off street, the cottage was well within walking distance to all the attractions. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of supplies. I would definitely stay there again. And a bonus was the washer and dryer. Loved sitting on the back porch in the evenings to unwind from the day. We did not have any problems.

We have stayed at this cozy very clean house for several years now. The host is just wonderful -communicates well-and always offers a warm welcome. The house is conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants and downtown Key West as well as the Pier. This house is part of the overall “Simple Living” lifestyle of Key West.

Hi I'm Marcela. I help my parents with the admin work of running their vacation rental. My father is a former Magistrate of the Florida Keys (1980-2006). He is a well-known attorney and 3rd Generation Key West Conch. He raised his family in his hometown of Key West and the family still remains in Key West. My mom manages the property with me and is from Nicaragua. They both speak Spanish fluently. The law office is adjacent to this property and he works there every day. My parents live down the road from this property near the Southernmost Point. So they are very close by if you need anything.

You can't beat the location. A private safe parking spot, away from the street. This is more private than the Shipyard condos, in which you are close to your neighbor and the parking spaces are smaller.

Being able to walk to almost any restaurant in the downtown area. You don't need to Uber or call a taxi. You get to walk home under the moon and stars in perfect-year-around weather, and enjoy every moment of staying downtown.
