In a rural setting an independent studio on the ground floor, in a detached house, (chalet style) located opposite Mont-Blanc. Ideal for nature lovers. Very quiet places with a magnificent view of the mountains and the valley.

For two people, fully equipped kitchen + living room with flat screen TV giving access to TNT channels, 140 bed. Bathroom with shower, separate wc. Private furnished terrace. Car park.

3km from the thermal baths of Saint Gervais, near Megève and only 30 minutes from Chamonix). You can also take advantage of a magnificent ski area just 6 kilometers away, offering easy access to the entire escape area (Megève, Saint-Gervais, Mont-Joly and many others ...). Accessible for all ski levels and offering magnificent landscapes, worthy of postcards. 8 hall cinema and bowling alley 2km away. Swimming pool with sunbathing and parasol.
