Dette condo er beliggende på 8. sal i Sunswept Condominiums i Orange Beach, AL. Du kan nyde dine morgener med kaffe eller aftener med et glas vin på den private balkon med udsigt over stranden og havet. Der er ingen indtjekningsprocedure for at håndtere eller stå i linjer. Når du ankommer skal du gå direkte til dit condo og få din badedragt på - så Hit the Beach!

Denne lejlighed blev netop opgraderet med 2 nye sovesofaer (en dronning og en fuld) i opholdsrummet og en ny konge størrelse madras i soveværelset. Du kan se din yndlingsfilm eller fodboldkamp på fladskærms-tv. Vi har også fladskærms-tv i soveværelset til din fornøjelse. Denne lejlighed har den ekstra bonus af en stablet vaskemaskine tørretumbler inde for ekstra bekvemmelighed.

Det store soveværelse har en kingsize seng (med den nye madras) og støder op til et fuldt bad. Opholdsområdet har komfortable siddepladser med en queensize sovesofa og Love Seat sovesofa til ekstra gæster. Der er masser af siddepladser i køkken / spisestue med plads til 4 ved bordet.

Perfect location

The condo was perfect for two people and the view spectacular. The Bathroom was small but very adequate and the kitchen had a variety of small appliances.I do suugest they put light blocking shades in the bedroom b/c the parking lot lights were way too bright. We stacked the pillows in the window.

Perfection

Great rental directly on the beach. Amazing views from the corner balcony. 5 star restaurants everywhere around the rental. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to be. Loved it.

Orange Beach Getaway

We enjoyed our time at SunSwept. Loved the pool and the beach. Were disappointed in our condo- it wasn't very clean and all the furnishings were outdated and old- even rust on the light fixtures and appliances.

Wonderful vacation

Everything was great. We had beach and ocean views and was only a few steps feom the beach. Then on the other side across highwat was walmart, ice cream, mexican food, and souvenir store all with in walking distance. W it was a great stay.

Location is great.

This is all on the cleaning company. The towels in the bathroom were placed on top of the toilet brush cleaner in the bathroom cabinet along with the plunger which I thought was completely gross. Other than that this condo was fantastic! Lovely view. Please talk to the cleaning crew!

Good location

The condo was nice with a few exceptions. The living room rug needs to be replaced, so the corners are not sticking up and tripping people. The couches also need to be replaced, as the seating is broken down. The first night we were there we sat on the patio. Then it rained at night and the patio floor was soaked to the point of not being able to use it the rest of the week.

Disappointed

Summary, the unit needed to have a deep cleaning and should have been updated. Had peeling paint puddles on on the balcony kitchen had no place to put food. Didn’t even have an oven mitt. While we were there, the heating element went out so we had to waste two of our vacation days, waiting for repairman. The weather was extremely bad so we ended up leaving five days early. was not our best vacation

Deceiving pictures, not worth what we paid at all.

The condo did have a gorgeous view, but that’s where its appeal ends. Although relatively clean, the furniture was falling apart: the sofas were old and uncomfortable, the drawers in the dressers fell out when you tried to store stuff in them, there was only one night stand. Be sure to take hangers! The kitchen was sufficient. The bath was teeny and the shower curtain rod was a pain, the toilet seat was chipped and worn, and the sink needed replacing. How they call it “upgraded” is a mystery. The maintenance people were helpful when we couldn’t get a WiFi, but they had given us the wrong password to start. The place really needs a makeover. So much for VRBO’s ad on finding the perfect stay. A nice hotel on the beach would have been less money, more convenient, and less trouble.

Property not what it seems

We were very disappointed in many issues regarding the property itself. It was clean. But very outdated! The bedroom was extremely small and the furniture was too big. There was an a/c unit inside a closet in the bedroom which was super loud! The bathroom was too small. The lock on the balcony door was broker. The front door was in terrible shape. The couches were disgusting! One had a nasty stain and the other had crumbs on it. We only felt comfortable sitting at the dining room table to watch TV. There were multiple outlets that didn't work. The TV remote in the bedroom didn't work. The only good thing was the million dollar views! Unfortunately we will never stay at this property again. We reached out to the manager via email to advise of this instead of a public review and still haven't heard back from them. That says it all. Don't recommend this property at all.

Wonderful

The only things we noticed were that the dryer vent had not been cleaned and the bathtub needs some Drano. When you finished your shower you were standing in about a couple inches of water

Would never stay there again.

Nasty. I bought a plug-in to cover the smell. My slippers were black with filth. Blood and other horrible stains on the mattress. Kitchen accessories are minimal at best. Absolutely disgusting.

More proof the cleaning fee is a SCAM

$150+ for cleaning?! This place was filthy. The bedroom has so much filth and grime all over the ceiling. Dirt and dust caked on. The floor throughout was disgusting. It was sticky and dirty. Grocery store feet within seconds. Baseboards and bathroom were gross. Overall, it needs a complete deep cleaning. Location was good, elevators fast, and everything worked, however we felt dirty staying there. They should stop pocketing the cleaning fees, and make this place the gem it can be.

The condo was just ok, it was a little overpriced. The unit needs to be deep cleaned and updated badly if they are going to charge that price. The view was great and the location was very convenient to everything! This wasn't the best condo we've stayed in, but definitely not the worst!

Not a great experience. Major changes need to be made!

I’m not one to ever post reviews, good or bad. But I felt obliged to post my experience staying at this condo in hopes that much needed changes will be made. - Let me first say that the location, proximity to the beach and restaurants and the view from the balcony were great! - When I first arrived and entered the condo it was very warm and stuffy. I looked at the thermostat and it was showing the batteries were dead, therefore the A/C wasn’t working. I immediately called maintenance and they said they would send someone right over. 3 hours later no one had shown up so I had to run to the store to buy batteries myself. - Also, when I first arrived, the kitchen counters looked wet all over. I assumed it was still wet from just being cleaned. When I tried to wipe it to dry it off so I could set my stuff down, I realized it was a bright yellow oily residue. It didn’t have a scent to it, so I’m not sure what it was. It took several times of wiping before the reside was gone and I could set my bags on the counter. - The entire condo had not been cleaned well. The floor felt dirty. I didn’t want to walk around without shoes. The blinds were covered with dust. - The comforter on the bed had a nasty brown stain on it and didn’t smell like it had just been laundered. Additionally, the spare blanket in the closet smelled musty and stale, like it hadn’t been washed in ages. I washed it myself before I felt comfortable using it. - The A/C unit is housed in a closet in the bedroom. It was so incredibly loud in there (and the bedding was gross) that there was no way I could sleep in there. I ended up sleeping on the pull out couch in the living room. It was not comfortable, but the spare sheets were clean, so there is that. - There was a hairball on the kitchen floor and long black hairs on the sheets in the bedroom. - The shower/bathtub didn’t drain and a light was out in the bathroom. - And this was the kicker…… when I arrived, there was a parking pass for me that had been pre-filled out by the condo people with my check out date, etc. About the 3rd night there, I went out to my car to pick up dinner one night around 6:30. There was a blue notice on my car saying my license plate had been recorded and my car would be towed because I was parking illegally. The reason written on the notice was the “check out date didn’t have the year” on my parking pass. The condo people had written 10/8 as my checkout date and apparently it should have rea

Over all was good . Location was excellent. Unit was a little small but for only two people it was fine. Could use a little updating but nice just the same

It was okay for our short trip

The location was great. So close to everything. But upon entering the condo it was disappointing. The bedding was dirty and stained. Housekeeping did come replace it very quickly tjough. The couches and throw pillows are stained all over. We ended up just using extra sheets to cover the couches so we could sit down. The drain in the tub barely drained because it was so clogged. I reached out about it getting fixed but never heard back about it being fixed. The wood part of the table had mildew all over it. The dishes were not completely clean. The pots and pans are so scratched up and worn out it was difficult to use to cook. The elevator was pretty quick which was nice. The boardwalk was short to the beach and the pool was great. I don't see us ever staying there again. Some upgrades are needed so badly. And the cleanliness is so subpar.

Not great but it was on the beach

Didn’t looked like it was cleaned very well when we arrived. Sand on couches, bugs and dirt not swept up on floor. Bathroom ceiling popcorn missing around light, broken plastic light in kitchen, shower drain does not drain well. We just plugged ourselves. Bedroom very small, I would recommend a smaller dresser. My kid slept on the Coach verses using pull out bed, the mattress was smaller than frame and could have caused injury. Condo is convenient to shops and restaurants across the street. Condo is located on top floor, end unit, and easy access to beach. It would be great for younger adults but just didn’t work our family.

Quick Beach Getaway

Positives: The view from the balcony was pretty and the breeze off the water and short walk down to the beach made it even more enjoyable. Negatives: The entryway to the condo was dirty (needs to be swept & painted). The inside has areas that need painting. The bathroom ceiling needs to be repaired (texture & paint falling off). The sheets need to be replaced because they don't fit the bed (if you move at all they come off and you wake up sleeping on the mattress cover). The balcony table had dents in it and the carpet in the living room had sand all over it (they must have forgotten to vacuum). Sorry, be won't be staying here again.
