Chalet, "The 154", very comfortable, renovated in 2018 in a spirit "mountain chic and cozy" capacity up to 10 people.
Ground floor :
-Entry with shoe doors, coat rack
-Single shower room with WC.
-Local washing machine with storage.
-Bedroom 3: 1 double bed 160x200 with dresser.
-Bedroom 4: 1 double bed 160X200 and 1 bed 90x190 with storage
Floor:
-Fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, extractor fan, built-in pyrolysis oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer ...)
- Sunny living room with wood burning stove, 2 sofas, seats, TV, Wifi speaker, table, bench, chairs ...
-Large terrace accessible from the living room
-1 shower room with WC.
-Bedroom 1, double bed 160x200 with wardrobe.
-Bedroom-cabin, bunk bed 2 beds 90x190 and a drawer with mattress 90x190 with storage.

Chalet located at a place called Les Jacobey, 154 allée des Myrtilles 39220 Les Rousses / Prémanon, 2 minutes drive from the ski slopes (Les Jouvencelles-La Dole) and Nordic ski slopes, 3 minutes from the Nordic stadium. Tuffes, 5 min drive from downtown Les Rousses and Prémanon.
In winter, suitable equipment (chains and / or snow tires) are highly recommended.

Chalet très confortable, chaleureux , bien équipé. Il est lumineux, tres bien placé : calme, la vue par les fenêtres et sur le grand balcon est magnifique. Pas de problème pour accéder au chalet et se garer. Tout proche du départ de pistes de ski alpin des Jouvencelles. Excellent accueil par le gérant de la location.

Le chalet est certes cosy mais sérieux manque d’entretien ménager (congélateur complètement givré, feu de bois non vidé et vitre sale…..) et de maintenance (convecteur hors service dans le hall où les combinaisons, chaussures de skis et autres vêtements sont stockés, porte du réfrigérateur qui ne ferme pas correctement, piles HS télécommande TV….).Difficile de joindre notre hôte pour notre arrivée (problème de portable pour lui).Accès au logement très difficile car très enneigé puis verglacé (pas de sel de déneigement).Nombreux appareils ménagers et vaisselle.Dommage cependant qu’il n’y ait pas d’autocuiseur.Attention, les tapis de bains et torchons prévus dans le packaging ne le sont pas sans supplément aux dires de notre hôte.Attention, pas d’insonorisation (cloisons et parquet).Malgré tout ces petits désagréments, nous avons passé une excellente semaine sous la neige.

Le chalet est très sympa et bien aménagé, fonctionnel et chaleureux. Les propriétaires ont été très réactifs et généreux dans les échanges. En revanche la conciergerie laisse à désirer. La maison était poussiéreuse, et surtout c’est dommage d’accueillir les hôtes sans un fond de maison : même pas 2 capsules de café pour l’arrivée, ni pastilles pour lave vaisselle, ni un fond d’huile ou du papier toilette ! Je loue régulièrement des maisons, c’est un principe tacite d’hospitalité de laisser un mini stock pour ne pas avoir à tout racheter dès l’arrivée. On nous a installé des alèses molletonnées à la place de draps housse (et le linge de maison est à louer…), justifié par le fait que ce soit du coton de grande qualité : la communication avec Mateo le concierge n’a pas été fluide, il a beaucoup à apprendre du métier de l’accueil. Enfin, il nous semble inutile d’avoir une micro tv dans chaque chambre comme dans un ibis, mieux vaudrait capitaliser sur de meilleurs matelas par exemple. À part ça la région est sublime, le lac des Rousses à dix mn et des randonnées à foison !

Séjour à premanon

Nous avons séjourné dans le chalet du 12 au 25 juillet 2025. Nous avons été déçu par le chalet. Les photos date de sa rénovation en 2018 et elles n'ont pas été actualisés. Le chalet a bien mal vieilli : le sol grince ainsi que toute les portes des chambres. On reveille tout le monde si on doit se lever la nuit. Quand nous sommes arrivés les herbes tout autour du chalet n'étaient pas coupées, la table de la terasse ne peut pas contenir 8 personnes: on était 6 et c'était tout juste. Le barbecue était inutilisable dans son état : la grille était sale et rouillée. Le linge de lit n'était pas compris dans le prix de la location ainsi que les serviettes et le tapis de douche malgré un tarif assez élevé. Le matelas du lit bébé était taché par de l'urines. Les cabines de douches avaient besoin d'un nettoyage en profondeur. Nous ne prendrons plus de location chez Abritel .

Nous sommes 4 amies qui avons séjourné dans un super chalet vraiment très bien avec tout le matériel nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances et nous avons bénéficié en prime d'un temps superbe, ensoleillé mais froid. Je recommande vivement.

Beau chalet mais rapport qualité prix décevant

Le chalet est sympa, bien décoré et bien équipé, mais les locations ont eu raison de son état général. Le parquet est en mauvais état , ce qui a pour conséquence de le rendre très bruyant. Si une personne se lève dans la nuit toute la maison est au courant. Au niveau propreté, la cuisine et ses équipements étaient nickel, les salles de douche et sanitaires aussi. Le sol et les vitres un peu moins. Pensez à prendre des chaussons, les chaussures ne sont pas autorisées dans la maison quelque soit la saison. La localisation dans un petit lotissement de chalets est pas mal. Un peu en retrait de la route principale ce qui permet de ne pas trop l’entendre. En conclusion, nous y avons passez de bonnes vacances, mais sommes déçus par le rapport qualité prix.

Chalet très bien situé rendez vous tous les soirs avec les renards qui voyageaient autour du chalet. Ballades très mal expliquées , parfois très complexes quand ils marquent, moyennes, familiales. L’accueil pas toujours agréables par les jurassiens. Mais chalet très agréable

Gezellig ingericht vakantiehuis in mooie omgeving

Het vakantiehuis is heel net en gezellig ingericht. Ook is het zeer compleet, bijna alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het vakantiehuis bevindt zich in een mooie omgeving, genoeg plekken om te wandelen, en redelijk dichtbij voor een dagje Geneve. Voor 10 personen is het een beetje klein, maar met een gezin van 5 is het perfect. Echt een aanrader.
