Location
The villa is located near the village of Sainte Luce, in the quiet residential area of Pont Cafe. The nearest beach, Corps de Garde, is less than 300 m, the one of Pont Café is less than 400 meters ... A local shop is nearby (200 m), the charming fishing village of Sainte Luce is 1.5 km away.
Sainte Luce is located near the national road linking North to South Martinique. It is a very good situation to visit all of Martinique.
The villa
With an area of 75m² (+ 35m² terrace), the villa includes:
- 2 air conditioned bedrooms with queen size beds (160X190), closet and wardrobe,
- 1 air-conditioned room furnished with 2 single beds (or a large double bed), upboard and wardrobe,
- 2 shower rooms with WC,
- 1 equipped kitchen,
- 1 living room with lounge area
You will appreciate the tropical garden and the proximity of the beach
To know: The swimming pool as well as the extension of the terrace have been built in May and June 2019. Since then, vegetation grows quickly !

The villa is located near the village of Sainte Luce, in the quiet residential area of Pont Cafe. The nearest beach, Corps de Garde, is less than 300 m, the one of Pont Café is less than 400 meters ... A local shop is nearby (200 m), the charming fishing village of Sainte Luce is 1.5 km away.
Sainte Luce is located near the national road linking North to South Martinique. It is a very good situation to visit all of Martinique.
