For a couple or a single person, we offer for rent our bottom of furnished villa of type T2 of 45 m² in a property with enclosed garden of 900m². In a quiet and residential area, it is ideally located in the center of the island for exploring all of Martinique or for a professional stay.

Aimé Césaire Airport, CHU, downtown Fort-de-France and other commercial areas are less than 10 minutes away. All amenities are in the immediate vicinity (main road, hypermarkets, bakery, Caribbean snack, etc.).

You are 30 minutes from the main tourist sites (Beaches in the south of the island, Pelée Mountain, Ruins of St-Pierre, Jardin de Balata, Château Dubuc, Habitation Clément, Carbet Zoo, Cane Museum, Joséphine's Bathtub and many others).

The accommodation includes:

• living room with sofa, dining area, flat screen TV and WIFI internet access
• a kitchen open to the living room with bar tray, equipped with a fridge, microwave, capsule coffee maker, kettle, gas hob, extractor, toaster, dishes, etc.)
• an air-conditioned bedroom with 140 * 200 bedding and mosquito net, chest of drawers and wardrobe
• a bathroom with walk-in shower, wc and sink
• a private covered terrace with dining table and Chilean for nice grills or aperitifs
Household linen is provided, except beach towels. Fan, cleaning equipment, iron and ironing board, washing machine, barbecue on site also.

A deposit check of € 250 will be required (not cashed).
30% deposit on booking and the balance upon arrival.
End of stay cleaning at your expense or participation of 50 €.
