Located 10 minutes walk from the beach of La Roya (where are the sailing and diving school) and near the port of St Florent (2 min by car, 25 min walk), the villa has a capacity of welcome from 10 to 12 people.

View of the Gulf of St Florent from the living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms of the main house.

The villa consists of a main house with a living room, an open kitchen and 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms, and an independent annex house with kitchen, living room (1 sofa BZ - true matela 140 folding to make sofa), 1 SDB (shower and toilet) and a mini dormitory on the mezzanine (overlooking the living room) with a double bed and two single beds.

You can enjoy a magnificent view of the Golf Saint Florent from the living room, kitchen and two bedrooms of the main house. The pool and Jacuzzi at room temperature (private and without vis-à-vis) facing the Port and the Gulf of Saint Florent will illuminate your summer evenings.

The villa is equipped with everything you will need to fully enjoy your stay, without worry.

Schönes Haus, wunderschöne Umgebung

Natur und Haus absolut empfehlenswert. Kurzer Fussweg zum Strand. Strand ist perfekt zum Stand Up Paddeln. Übergabe des Objektes mühsam und umständlich, Sprache nur Französisch.

Très belle semaine en Corse du Nord. Bel emplacement, jolie villa : tout pour bien faire... Dommage que les équipements n'étaient vraiment pas à la hauteur : terrasse pas du tout ombragée et pas de parasol digne de ce nom, frigo en panne (pas de chance, ça peut arriver...), piscine mal entretenue (eau trouble presque toute la semaine), barbecue inutilisable... Mais très bon spot quand même. ;-)

Das Haus war innen sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage Hervorragend. Leider waren ein paar Sachen defekt. Sonnenstoren zerrissen, Wespennest im Stören. Aussenbeleuchtung abgebrochen etc. Sie nehmen es in Frankreich (Korsika) nicht so genau. Es hat uns trotz der kleinen Schäden, Aufgrund der sehr schönen Lage gefallen. Man sollte dennoch das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis im Blick behalten.

Stylish villa with beautiful garden and views. Pure relaxation!

It was our first time to Corsica and we chose the perfect accommodation and location for our holiday. The villa is very stylish and well-equipped. It was pure pleasure to sit outside on the terrace and enjoy the scenery and the fantastic views of the gulf. We also really enjoyed the serenity of the garden and taking dips in the pool. We had our dog with us and I greatly appreciated the peaceful setting of the villa and garden, and the short, safe walk to the beach with him. The beach was great for walking and swimming, also for our dog. Thank you to Francois for always answering our questions promptly and for taking care that we enjoyed our stay in his villa. It was difficult to leave this beautiful place and we hope to return again in the future.

Schönes Haus an super Lage

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in diesem wunderbaren Haus verbracht. Die Beschreibung entspricht genau dem was wir vorgefunden haben. Die Ansprechparter vor Ort waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben innert kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Der Besitzer war sehr bemüht einen angenehmen Aufenthalt sicherzustellen. Kommen gerne später wieder zurück

Des vacances inoubliables : confort au top et vue à couper le souffle !!!

Par quoi commencer !!!! Tout est y est !!!! Le calme, une vue extraordinaire dont on ne se lasse pas du matin au soir, une belle piscine et son jacuzzi dans un écrin de verdure, une grande terrasse, la plage est à 500 mètres (5 mn maxi à pied) accessible par un chemin paisible et sécurisé. Pour ce qui est de la villa, les photos correspondent bien à la réalité . Elle est de tout confort, entierement équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût donnant une ambiance chaleureuse et cosy. La literie est très confortable. À recommander sans hésiter ! Promis nous y retournerons...

Très bon séjour passé dans la Villa Fleur du Maquis Nous avons loué la villa pour des vacances en famille et une première fois à Saint Florent. Nous avons adoré ce petit port et village typique de Corse. La villa est très bien équipée et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour top confort ! Merci
