A separate toilet, a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board. A beautiful staircase providing access to the first floor which offers a master bedroom with a 160cm bed and its private bathroom, a bright 60 m² living room with parquet flooring, a wood-burning stove, TV, WIFI and its fully equipped open-plan kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, induction hobs and plenty of storage. From the living room, you can enjoy a beautiful sunny terrace with garden furniture, awning, and a plancha. Brand new villa to enjoy a peaceful holiday, close to the lake and ideal for nature and golf lovers. Non-smoking villa, Pets not accepted. Villa with all comforts classified 3* by the Departmental Tourism Committee. Come and enjoy a relaxing holiday!
