Rare Find! Cozy cottage tucked away, private setting next to creek near downtown

Cozy 2 bedroom guest house right next to Bozeman Creek on a beautiful 1 acre lot. Secluded setting surrounded by trees right in the middle of town! 2 master suites, both with full bathrooms. Cottage sleeps 6: 2 queen beds,1 single bed and 1 sofa bed; Full Kitchen; Cable TV and WIFI; Washer and Dryer; Onsite storage available for recreational equipment (skis, bicycles, fishing, hunting, and camping equipment, ect); 3 parking spaces onsite for registered guests. Cottage is situated behind the main house (our home) on 1 acre lot within walking distance of MSU, and just south of historic downtown. There is a very large backyard with a fire pit on Bozeman Creek, which runs all year long.

Beautiful Location by the Creek

I rented this little cottage for my mom, aunt and uncle to stay at while they were in town for a wedding. They absolutely loved it! Very private and quiet location, they had a great stay!

Bart's cottage was cozy and peaceful and near the beautiful Bozeman creek! I stayed solo for a few days and felt very safe. The beds, pillow and towels were comfie and all in great shape. Bonus that there were fans in all the rooms. It was also very close to a great city walking trail in town that leads to the public library and was close to MSU were our son is attending. And Bart was a good communicator. Would stay again!

Cozy Cottage in Bozeman

We had a lovely time staying in Bozeman. The cottage is clean, comfortable and cozy. On the outskirts of town, it provides a quiet yet convenient place to explore Bozeman and the surrounding area.

Great Bozeman Cottage

Glad I chose to stay here during my time in Bozeman. Close to everything we were interested in, but also tucked away. Host is super friendly and gave a great restraunt recommendation. Would definitely stay here again.

The cottage is exactly as described. It's quiet, comfortable, tucked away from any traffic, and has a lovely yard. Hosts are friendly and responsive.

Great place to stay

This was a great rental. Lovely yard by the creek. Super comfortable beds. We were only there for a weekend but the unit seemed to be well stocked and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again! Also very centrally located.

Babbling Brook

The house was perfect, just what we needed. It indeed has a Babbling Brook right out back, and we woke up to two Whitetail Deer in the yard one morning. The owner lives in the main house right near the property and is very nice. Great place, would stay again!

Stayed for a Jaw Surgery

I had to go to Montana for a jaw surgery, and this cabin was a great place to stay and recover. The host was great and kept in contact while I was traveling to inform me of the snowfall and precautions to take. Very grateful for such great hospitality and comfort.

The perfect place for our stay in Bozeman

Great location! The house was large enough for our family of 4 and our kids loved playing in the big, snow covered yard. Bart was very responsive and made sure the walkway to our house was shoveled and salted.

Great Place

Very clean and comfortable cottage. A babbling stream and an inviting deck. Kitchen has everything you will need and beds are very cozy. The area is absolutely beautiful and great scenic roads for a ride and some great hiking trails. We were visiting for basketball and location to University and downtown is great. We would definitely stay here on a return visit.

Cozy, Relaxing Getaway

This beautiful, relaxing property was exactly as it was listed. The host was responsive immediately when we let him know we would arrive later in the evening and made sure the lights were on for us. We stayed three nights and the only thing we would change is more time to stay longer!

Great place to spend a long weekend!

Our first time in Bozeman, Montana did not disappoint. Bart the VRBO host was responsive and friendly. Made a beautiful fire (set up ready to go upon arrival home) for our group after spending a long day driving to Yellowstone. Clean house supplied with everything we needed. Thanks Bart!

Relaxing Western Roadtrip

The property was well equipped, extremely clean, well maintained and the furniture was very comfortable. The owner lives on the property and was very accommodating and helpful. The outdoor area was very nice as well. We would definitely return in the future.

Perfect for 2 couples

Great location. After spending two weeks exploring Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks we enjoyed more outdoor time here. We spent time on the patio during the day and the owner was kind enough to set us up with firewood and an A-frame fire setup each night. The location near the creek was perfect. We easily walked to the Museum of the Rockies from the house and it was just a short drive to the Palisades Falls trailhead in Hyalite Canyon. A great place to stay when visiting Bozeman.

It is an amazing property😊

Two bedrooms each with an attached bathroom was wonderful, kitchen well equipped, close to MSU, close to main street, and it felt like the country. Bedding and towels were delightful too. We saw wildlife, we sat and watched the creek in our backyard and we had a great fire in the fire pit. When I go back to Bozeman this will be my rental. Really appreciate all the perks of feeling like the country so close to town, I left very happy.

Great cottage with good location in Bozeman. Located in a nice neighborhood and tucked back in the trees next to a stream. If the weather had been warmer, we would have enjoyed the nature. Cottage had everything we needed and we enjoyed our time. Host was attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

We are in the heart of historic Bozeman which has not drastically changed over the years. Our neighborhood still has the small town feel with family homes, ball park, playgrounds, walking trails and community garden. And MSU is within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

We are on the one of the last remaining 1 acre parcels in the middle of town. In addition, it sits on Bozeman creek which runs all year round. It feels like you are in the country yet you are in the middle of town.
