SPECIAL PRICES LAST AVAILABILITY SUMMER HOLIDAY (RENTAL OF 7 DAYS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY): 6th to 27th of July, 3rd to 10th of August: 390 € per night.
Villa with heated private pool (outside temperature: 18 ° minimum, from mid-April to September). in a very quiet and secure residence. House comfortable, tastefully decorated, large terrace with garden, recent construction, in the heart of Le Touquet. This villa has 4 bedrooms with double beds (possibility 5 bedrooms, loft bedroom with access by ladder).
MAXIMUM CAPACITY 10 PEOPLE.
Our tenants are required to respect the rules of good neighborhood and the rules of the condominium (no noise after 22 hours, no tents in the garden, use of parking spaces within the residence).
The villa must be returned in a decent state of cleanliness (emptied bins, free breakfast, clean house "acceptable") even if you take the cleaning option at the end of the stay.
Decreasing rates according to the duration (for stay of more than 28 days: to consult with the owner).
The rental price does not include bed linen and towels or cleaning at the end of the stay. The option bed linen and towels is 25 € per room, cleaning at the end of the stay is 120 €; options to book before the stay. We do not provide towels for the pool.
Animals are accepted under certain conditions: to do with the owner. Charge for animals: 10 € per night and per animal. Animals are strictly forbidden in the pool for the sake of hygiene and safety for our animal friends.

The property was good and we enjoy our stay. Just a few points might help. Found upstairs very clostrafobic as no opening windows in one room and didn't like the ladder going up to the top bedroom very steep.

We would definitely go back. It was in a very good location, the pool was very good. Kitchen was good and well equipped. The blackout on some bedrooms could have been better with more blinds etc. One bedroom was on the (very spacious) balcony which meant it would be difficult to sleep if people were in the lounge. Another bedroom's bed was in a roof space which had restricted head space. BUT we enjoyed it and liked the property overall

Le Touquet gated community close to town

This modern five bedroom house in a quiet and gated community towards the edge of town was absolutely ideal for our needs. Dog friendly and secure back garden, with lovely walks on the door step through the dunes or around the small lake and just a fifteen minute walk to the town center with all it bars, restaurants, cafes and wide variety of shops. Louis, the owner, was extremely helpful and came to the house to see that everything was OK for us. We would happily return to this house.

Emplacement parfait! Places privatives pour les voitures au top!Piscine agréable mais trop froide pour la saison(malgré le chauffage)Quelques bémols sur l'électricité à revoir: le compteur saute sans explication, abat-jour , luminaires ...sans ampoule... malgré cela séjour très agréable ! La température de l'eau de la piscine n'était pas encore assez haute pour la période ; en effet, pour que la température de l'eau de la piscine atteigne les 28 °, la température extérieure doit être constante de 18 ° pendant plusieurs jours ; malheureusement, les températures extérieures étaient trop basses pour que l'eau de la piscine atteigne cette température (mise en route de la pompe à chaleur de la piscine depuis ce 24 mars). Rendez-vous est pris pour effectuer un contrôle de toute l'électricité et des luminaires. Cordialement.

BOEK NIET BIJ DEZE HOST!Er wordt groots geadverteerd met een verwarmd zwembad. Niet alleen is het zwembad niet verwarmd, deze was zelfs GEHEEL GESLOTEN en niet te gebruiken. Als gezin met kinderen was het zwembad DE enige reden om te boeken. Toen duidelijk werd dat het zwembad gesloten was, wilde ik de boeking annuleren. Echter de host wilde hier NIET aan meewerken. Dit ondanks dat het heel duidelijk ging om het zwembad. De Host wilde liever geld ontvangen dan een goede gastheer zijn; dat terwijl de advertentie overduidelijk een VERWARMD ZWEMBAD weergeeft. Inmiddels heb ik de boeking bij VRBO en de creditcard maatschappij moeten aanvechten!Vertrouw deze mensen niet!

Bonjour, Je tiens à préciser quelques éléments concernant votre commentaire. L'annonce indique clairement que la piscine est chauffée et ouverte uniquement de mi-avril à mi-septembre. Votre séjour était prévu mi-octobre, période à laquelle la piscine est donc naturellement fermée. Par ailleurs, le tarif à la semaine appliquée en octobre correspond bien au prix basse saison sans piscine ; prix correspondant à une réduction de plus de 50 % par rapport au prix pratiqué en haute saison avec piscine. Vous avez bénéficié d'un tarif adapté à la période et aux prestations disponibles. Enfin, je rappelle que vous n'êtes finalement pas venus, ce que je regrette, car tout était conforme à la description et prêt pour votre arrivée. Cordialement.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé en famille une agréable semaine dans la maison. Il serait appréciable de pouvoir avoir des occultants sur les stores pour les chambres qui ne disposent pas de volets. La piscine est vraiment le réel atout de cette maison.

Nette Lage- Gebrauchspuren im Haus

Wir haben das Ferienhaus über Silvester gebucht. Die Lage war sehr angenehm und befand sich in einer, mit einer Schranke gesicherten Wohnsiedlung. Äußerlich machte das Haus einen guten Eindruck. Es wurde bei der Hausbeschreibung eine „ gut ausgestatteten Küche“ versprochen. Diesen Punkt kann ich so nicht bestätigen! Die Schubladen, die Gläser und das Besteck waren nicht in einwandfreiem Zustand und wiesen teilweise noch Reste des vorherigen Gastes auf. In den Schränken war ranziges Öl und Essig. Die Schlafzimmer boten größtenteils ausreichend Platz, allerdings war immer nur eine Bettdecke pro Bett verfügbar und die Betten sind leider nur was für kleine Menschen. Matratzen wiesen teilweise gelbe Flecken auf, sowie Tierhaare! In dem Nebengebäude des Hauses befand sind ein weiteres Schlafzimmer, dieses war aufgrund schlechter Lüftung sehr feucht und zeigte bereits leichte Schimmelspuren auf. Wir haben auf das Angebot der Vermieterin hin speziell gegen Aufpreis eine Endreinigung gebucht. Nach Abreise erhielten wir dann zwei Tage später eine Mail, mit beigefügten Fotos von „Überresten“ unseres Aufenthaltes. Es wird scheinbar trotz teurer Endreinigung verlangt ein mehr als besenreines Haus zu hinterlassen. Leider warten wir auch noch auf die Rückzahlung unserer Kaution.

Wir haben auch unsere Reinigungsfirma mitgebracht, die die Villa gründlich gereinigt hat. Das gesamte Geschirr wurde auch gereinigt und überprüft. Vielen Dank für Ihre Anmerkungen, mit denen wir unsere Dienstleistungen verbessern können. Lovely clean villa with great pool - perfect for family holiday!

We had a lovely stay in the villa which is well situated just a 15 min walk to the beach, 20-25 mins to the town centre. The area is perfect for cycling with good cyclepaths and there are a couple of places to hire in town, although we never got round to doing this. The pool was great and being heated it didn't matter that we had a couple of cooler days - the kids still spent most of their time in it! The house is spacious enough and the kitchen great with a good sized fridge freezer and dishwasher. All the beds are doubles, whereas it would have been good to have a couple of room as 2 x single beds as our teenagers weren't keen to share. My husband and I had the room on the ground floor and did suffer from a very uncomfortable mattress which meant we didn't get the best sleep whilst there which was a shame and it would definitely be worth changing this. The only other issue for the kids is that the 2 girls stayed in the room above the garage and whilst they loved the fact they had their own little kitchenette, they didn't seem able to access the wifi from here. All in all though we had a great stay and would definitely return :-)

Évaluation en fonction du prix élevé à cette période. Les plus: - accueil très sympathique par Delphine, - belle piscine et espaces extérieurs agréables, - équipements cuisine de qualité, - propre. Les moins : - Trois des cinq chambres, dont deux en mezzanine, sans rideaux, vraiment pas confortable au réveil... - décoration très minimaliste pas en rapport avec le standing, attendu, exemple une chambre avec 1 lit, une boite en carton noir pour la lampe de chevet, un placard, murs vides. C'est un peu sinistre. Dommage, on pourrait vraiment faire un effort pour être à la hauteur du prix. Je m'attendais à mieux, encore une fois pour des prix "haut de gamme".

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. Piscine fantastique, la maison est bien située, calme, et très propre. Le seul bémol avec des jeunes enfants les chambres situées à l'étage en mézzanine ne sont pas idéales, voir dangereuses. Le partage des chambres a été vu en conséquence. L'accueil a été sympathique. Emilie a répondu cordialement à nos attentes.
