The living room, the kitchen and the master suite (with its king size bed 200 * 200, its bathroom and private sanitary) are air conditioned and all three give onto a large terrace of 90 m2 with views of the pool and especially the Indian Ocean.
You can admire:
• the old renovated Grand Bois sugar factory, architecture prize, which refers to the industrial activity of Réunion's past centuries,
• the sunsets,
• and especially the waves breaking on the Reunion coast.

The other two bedrooms: are air conditioned, overlook the garden area, have a queen size bed (160 * 200) and a private bathroom.
The terrace and the swimming pool at the front of the house are friendly and allow some to lounge on the sun loungers, others to bathe, and still others to have a meal.
The living room is equipped with a large format television for lovers of beautiful images, as well as a games console for young and old! The sofa is a call to laziness. You have a quality internet connection thanks to the fiber.
The kitchen is also fully equipped: coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, blender, fridge, freezer ... complete crockery.
In addition to the washing machine, you will have the comfort of using the dryer.

In the evening, it’s nice to be lulled by the sound of these crashing waves. If you're lucky, you can even spot the whales that often frequent this spot.

This new house located in an equally new subdivision is still in its “alpha” version. We will not fail to improve it according to the observations and remarks of our customers. PLEASE NOTE: this villa is located in a quiet area, parties, parties and noise are strictly prohibited. If the reception of potential visitors is tolerated, the number of people present in the house must in no case exceed 15 people.
