Privately situated. Decks on both levels. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Expanded, large, flat grassy back and side yard, beautiful, natural landscaping. Outdoor H/C shower, all appliances. 1 Gig Ethernet and Wireless broadband internet, multiple xfi pods for wifi throughout property. 2 Samsung LCD HDTVs , HBO, Showtime, Netflix, Amazon Prime through xfinity and two Roku streamers, free long distance phone, IPod/smartphone connections on all three stereos and radios. Also, new deck furniture on all decks. Year-round home with furnace heating for cold nights. Filtered well water for spring water quality. 7 zone brand new multi split AC installed last year.

Please note that rental rates for summer 2022. July and August rates are $4500/wk. September is $3400/wk. There is a one week minimum. Why they chose this property

The Gay Head/Aquinnah area is known as the most ecologically preserved least populated and most peaceful part of Martha's Vineyard,. It is away from the hustle, bustle and traffic of the "down island" towns of Vineyard Haven , Oak Bluffs and Edgartown. There is very little traffic and a beautiful private Atlantic beach and resident parking only bayside beach (parking pass comes with house). There are private fishing charters available with local, renowned charterers. It is close to Menemsha, a fishing village where folks often go to watch the sunset and purchase fresh fish and other seafood for grilling at home with family and friends. It is a 9 minute drive to Chilmark Center, another 9 minute drive to West Tisbury center and another 9 minute drive to the "down island" towns of Vineyard Haven, Oak Bluffs and Edgartown. There are several very highly rated restaurants near Aquinnah and Menemsha/Chilmark center.

What makes this property unique

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, hot tub , all linens, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas one might need. The hot tub chemicals are maintained by our caretaker.
Property bug and mosquito control provided by Terminix, so there are no "crazy critters" running around. You might see a deer or two or some rabbits. One should keep in mind that the area is about 25-30 minutes from down island provisions, so it is worthwhile to stock up on groceries and such. The Chilmark store is a general store that is 9 minutes away. Alley's General Store, a slightly larger store is another 9 minutes. The closest full size supermarket is Cronigs, about 20 minutes away. There is private garbage pickup every Wednesday. The property is well maintained by superb landscaper. .Entire yard is on irrigation system and is mowed weekly.
