Great Experience, Great Location, Great Apartment, Great Host

This was a lovely, charming, clean and very comfortable apartment with a lovely patio. The apartment is centrally located, and you will find tons of great restaurants nearby. The host was very accommodating and very responsive. We highly recommend this apartment for your next visit to Palermo.

Beautiful oasis in the middle of Palermo

The flat was well positioned to walk to the historic centre and visit all the places of interest. Lots of restaurants and cafés nearby and a supermarket. Very convenient too for the airport shuttle which stops nearby at Politeama. Stefania the owner was really lovely and answered all our queries straightaway. She made our holiday really special .

Perfect location to explore Palermo!

Very well appointed and comfortable apartment. Nice decor and modern facilities. Lovely terrasse. Very clean. The owner is very friendly and pointed us to all the best sites to see. Dangerously close to excellent ice-cream parlours and fabulous "pasticceria" 😊. The location is perfect to explore the city on foot. The bus from the airport stops 5 min walk away and there are also buses departing for the beautiful Mondello Beach and the open top sightseeing tours. Two of the main arteries of the city also start 5 min walk away and the neighbourhood is full of restaurants and bars as well as small shops to find bread, fruits and vegetables, wine and fresh fish.

Quick stay in Palermo

We planned a 3 night stay. Unfortunately, due to flight delays we arrived VERY late (1am). Stefania was there, to greet us and orient us to the property, despite the late hour! I cannot say enough about what a wonderful host she is! We arranged driver through her, who also stuck out the late arrival. We did her walking tour the next day. HIGHLY recommend. I learned so much and we saw beautiful sites of Palermo while get history of are. The apartment is right in the downtown area, close walking to many sites, but feels quiet and safe. Good locks! The private patio was a great place to have a glass of wine at night or coffee in am. Kitchen was clean, tidy. Great recommendations for restaurants. This is a great apartment to explore Palermo from. Thank you Stefania! I will always remember getting cannolis with you!!!

Séjour agréable à Palermo

La propriétaire Stefania est très accueillante et très attentionnée. Elle est de plus une excellente guide touristique. Son appartement est bien situé et fonctionnel. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu, en raison de la pluie, profiter de la terrasse extérieure, qui est par ailleurs superbe. Bref, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Excellent stay!

Fijn appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Centrale ligging, net buiten de drukte van Palermo. Gastvrouw Stefania is een ware ambassadeur van deze stad die bol staat van de geschiedenis. Zeer behulpzaam en aimabel, we voelden ons zeer welkom. Ze nam ons mee op een geweldige toer door de stad. Aanrader!

Great Place for your stay in Palermo

We really enjoyed our stay in Palermo and spent a whole week there. The apartment is perfect for 2 people. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was optimally equipped. We especially loved the terrace :-) The location was optimal. In about 15 minutes walk you are in the historic center of the city. In about 5 minutes Walk you find a supermarket and many restaurants / cafes. We had a rental car and have always found a parking space directly in the street, where we could park the car with a clear conscience. Stefania gave us great tips for restaurants and places to visit in Palermo and the surrounding area. Communication with her was super easy. Props to you Stefania, you’re a really great host :-)Thank you very much, we will be happy to come back!

Splendida proprietà nel cuore di Palermo

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa proprietà per quasi 20 giorni e devo dire che è stata una esperienza splendida. Stefania, la proprietaria, è una persona molto cortese e disponibile, che ha saputo coniugare uno servizio di locazione puntuale e presente con una presenza discreta e mai invasiva, inoltre, essendo lei una guida turistica, ci ha saputo fornire molte importanti informazioni su questa splendida città. L'appartamento è ampio e molto ben tenuto e il plus del giardino interno rappresenta una splendida meraviglia nel cuore della città. Ringrazio molto Stefania per la splendida esperienza.

Formidable séjour, tout était parfait. Accueil très chaleureux, logement très agréable . tres bien.

Excellent apartment

Greatly enjoyed our stay in this very attractive, well located apartment. The sunny, tastefully landscaped courtyard was a real bonus. Stefania, the owner, provided us with lots of helpful advice, supplemented (separate cost) by a most enjoyable and informative walking tour of the city centre.

Eine kleine Oase im Großstadtgewühl

Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist großzügig geschnitten und hübsch eingerichtet. Der Innenhof ist schön bepflanzt. Sehr gute Lage, nahe zur Innenstadt. Die Betreuung war sehr gut, die Führung von Stefania war sehr fundiert und informativ.

Buona, anzi buonissima la prima

Che dire, sembrava davvero di essere a casa. Tutto perfettamente ottimo, un angolo di paradiso in una calda e altrettanto fantastica citta, tutta da scoprire. La casa è davvero funzionale, comoda e dotata di ogni comfort, e tutto è al posto giusto, un po’ come a casa propria. Zona ottimale per dividersi tra lo stupendo centro e l’altrettanto stupendo mare di Mondello, a 30 min di autobus. L’ospitalita e la gentilezza di Stefania, ci hanno davvero fatto tornare a casa con malincuore, persone come lei ti cambiano le vacanze, in meglio.

TUTTO PERFETTO !

il soggiorno presso l'appartamento di Stefania è stato tutto perfetto. Lei è molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento si trova in un'ottima posizione per visitare la città (dietro teatro Politeama) e dintorni (es. Mondello.. il capolinea dei bus si trova a due passi!!). Dimensioni dell'appartamento giuste, molto pulito e possibilità di prepararsi un caffè o una cena avendo a disposizione una cucina ben fornita. Lo consiglio !!!

wunderschöne kleine Wohnung in einer wilden und faszinierenden Stadt

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Für uns 3-Personen, inkl. einem 8-jährigen Sohn ideal. Der kleine Patio mit dem Orangenbaum in der Mitte ist iebevoll gestaltet. Wir haben hier gern 2 Wochen verbracht und von diesem Mittelpunkt Palermo und Sizilien erkundet. Dadurch, dass die Wohnung mitten im Zentrum liegt, kann man fußläufig problemlos die Einkaufsstraßen, die historische Innenstadt mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten und abends eine Vielzahl an unterschiedlichen Lokalen erreichen. Von der Vermieterin wurden wir ausgesprochen herzlich empfangen und betreut. Im Rahmen einer persönlichen Stadtführung hat sie uns mit Palermo vertraut gemacht, sodass wir uns in der folgenden Zeit immer wieder an den von ihr gezeigten Straßen und Sehenswürdigkeiten und Plätzen oreintieren konnten. Vielen Dank liebe Stefania, wir kommen bestimmt gern mal wieder.

Ideale Wohnung, um Palermo zu Fuss zu erkunden

Hübsche, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Grosses, schönes Badezimmer. Ideale Lage, um Sehenswürdigkeiten von Palermo zu sehen. Der Innenhof ist liebevoll mit Blumen und Pflanzen geschmückt. Wunderbar, um den Tag bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen zu lassen. Wir waren 4 Nächte in Palermo und haben mit Stefania eine spannende Stadtführung zu Fuss gemacht. Beim Empfang in der Wohnung hat sie sorgfältig alles Wichtige erklärt und Tipps zur Stadt gegeben. Einziger Punkt, der lärmempfindliche Leute stören könnte: Bar/Disco eine Strasse weiter, in der an zwei von vier Nächten bis in den Morgen laute Musik zu hören war.

Super appartement au coeur de Palerme !

(famille Michel-Eymard, France, 2 adultes et 2 enfants) Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans cet appartement très bien situé au centre de Palerme où tout est accessible à pied. L'appartement possède une grande terrasse avec arbres et fleurs qui est un vrai petit paradis dans un centre ville. II y a souvent du vent et en plein été cela rend la chaleur très supportable. L'appartement est plutôt grand, calme et très propre. Mais surtout nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Stefania qui nous a accueilli très chaleureusement en nous expliquant les nombreuses visites possibles à Palerme et aux alentours. Nous recommandons vivement cette location dans laquelle nous aurions grand plaisir à revenir !

Piacevole scoperta

I can speak English and Spanish. After some years abroad I decided to came back in my beloved Sicily to put into practice my work experience, sure that "one day this land will be beautiful!"

You will be welcomed in the elegant and exclusive area of the city, bordered by Via Libertà and Via Ruggero Settimo, frequented in the past by the rich and middle class, now embellished with rich shop windows and all kinds of shops for your needs. The great theatres, Politeama and Massimo, the largest in Europe. Borgo Vecchio, one of the oldest historical markets of the city together with Capo, Vucciria and Ballarò. A mixture of elegance and tradition, history and culture, but also strong cultural contrasts that make unique this city.

In the evening the whole area is full of people and life thanks to the numerous pubs, nightclubs as well as fine restaurants. Moreover, a few minutes walk, you can easily reach the port, the bus station to get the airport, taxi and bus to reach the main tourist sites, including Monreale and the renowned beach of Mondello.
