Perfect setting for an extended stay with family, or a group. This private, spacious Hither Hills hideaway, feels like floating in a treehouse. Newly- renovated home boasts high-end interior design, with plenty of private spaces to work and Zoom!

Three-level living is ideal for a large multi-generational family, or group of friends. Amazing, large front deck with sun-all-day, steps off the two-story, open-concept great room, making this house a perfect all-season social spot. Deck wraps around to covered area. Separate, private back porch is also a great spot to chill.

Main floor hosts 2 Queen and 1 King Bdrms, 2 with sliders opening directly onto the front deck. The Master (en-suite) has it's own vaulted ceiling, and private 3rd story balcony with ocean views. The first floor is a finished basement with total sleeping for 4 including Queen bedroom and furnished lounge area and full bath. Separate laundry room.

An 8 minute stroll to private Hither Hills beach, through peaceful neighborhood; beach parking pass available upon request. 3 minute drive to Montauk Town, 5 minutes to Ditch Plains. Catch peeks and sounds of the the ocean by day, while enjoying your evening winter BBQ, firepit fun, and star-gazing!

Excellent!

We had a wonderful week in Montauk thanks to Heidi and her wonderful home! The house was clean and had everything we could have needed/wanted for a beach vacation. Quick, easy walk/bike to the beach but also had access to a private parking area to drive down all our stuff. Plenty of living and sleeping space for our extended family. Thank you Heidi!!

Beautiful Montauk Home

Hither Hills is our favorite neighborhood to stay in Montauk. Heidi's house was ideal. With an open floor plan, we got to enjoy each other's company for prepared meals, watch the big screen TV and settle in on the roomy couches. The beds are quite comfortable. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and towels were provided. The only down side to the property is a tight driveway. We either walked (10 minutes) or drove to the beach (pass and key provided.) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Montauk.

Great home and great host!

Heidi was very responsive and the home was very clean and cozy! The location was great and only a 6 min walk from the beach and she provides a parking permit if you decide to drive. We were very impressed with this booking and would highly recommend it to others!
