On the ground floor you will find a large fitted kitchen and a spacious living room in a Grande Champagne atmosphere with convertible sofa

The East facing house opens onto a shaded garden with outdoor equipment, sunbathing, barbecue etc.
A huge meadow of more than one hectare adjoins the main house with access to the river - Children's play area - large outbuildings for large family reception

Nous avons été très heureux dans cette maison, très propre. Et nous avions tous les accessoires nécessaires. Le temps était splendide et nous avons beaucoup aimé l’église toute proche. Nous espérons bien y revenir.

Séjour charentais au top

Nous étions un groupe de 9 garçons, notre séjour à la ferme fortin s'est très bien passé. Grande ferme avec tout le confort nécessaire, la cour est immense et très agréable. Communication avec odile super fluide. Je vous conseil le boucher du village :)))) Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !!!

Gîte pour passer de bons moments

Bon gîte pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis avec des enfants, la cour jardin fermée est un grand plus. Tous les commerces indispensables du village sont accessibles à pied. Bon emplacement par rapport à Cognac

ferme fortin

très belle demeure,grands volumes,très bien agencé pour un groupe de plus de 8 personnes. très calme très reposant avec tout le matériel nécessaire. ( vaisselle, service à raclettes , cafetière etc..... Tout très cool. Ne manquait que internet ( suite à problème de ligne bien expliquée de la part de la proprietaire.
