About this property

Spacious barn, comfortable for family stay. Charming place, outdoor terrace

Renovated barn, on the ground floor and 1st floor.
1st floor: large living room with fully equipped kitchen, TV lounge and dining room: very bright room.

Ground floor: 2 bedrooms and second very bright living room also) (with possibility of additional sleeping: BZ)

The barn is located on the mountainside, close to Luchon train station. Very quiet place and close to all amenities (on foot: bakery, restaurant, bar, tobacco, casino ... supermarkets) 10 minutes walk from the city center.
A hike starts at the foot of the barn.

Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave oven, large fridge with freezer, senseo, kettle, raclette, toaster, pressure cooker, mixer, robot ...
bathroom: towel dryer, heating blowing, hair dryer.
Games for children: uno, family game, mikado, puzzles, books, markers, pencils ... small table and 2 chairs

Winter: 10 minutes walk from the ski lifts ... super ski resort Bagnères. Shuttle for the curists (since the station)
Ski resorts: Superbagnères (tele cabins 10 minutes walk) or Peyragudes nearby.

Summer: hiking, mountain biking, cycling, water sports, paragliding and aerial sports, climbing ....

Séjour très agréable

les points fort du logement sont une décoration récente et agréable, un environnement particulièrement calme (en contrepartie il faut marcher un peu pour les courses) et des chambres qui restent fraîches l'été. L'hôte est très sympathiques et à l'écoute.

la grange est très bien située on peut aller dans le centre de Luchon a pied . La cuisine est très bien équipé . Pour ceux qui aiment la randonnée la région est parfaite.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour passé entre amis. Endroit propre, chaleureux et fonctionnel. La cuisine est bien équipé et quasi neuve. Salle de bain aussi. L'étage, qui fait office de pièce de vie, est bien chauffé, un peu moins pour les chambres au RDC. Attention aux personnes trop grande avec les poutres apparente et au plafond. Super endroit, je recommande.

Très chouette séjour

La location est conforme à l'annonce. Malgré la chaleur les chambres situées en bas restent fraîches ce qui est très appréciable. La partie salon, salle à manger et cuisine est très bien aménagée et parfaitement équipée. Il est possible de mettre une petite table à l'extérieur. Les contacts avec le propriétaire pour l'arrivée et le départ ont été très faciles.

Séjour parfait !

Avec nos enfants nous avons passé une super semaine de vacances sur Luchon. Il faut dire que le gîte y est pour beaucoup. Tout confort et spacieux, il est idéalement situé dans un quartier ultra calme (et pourtant nous vivons à la campagne) mais très proche de commerces alimentaires (boulangerie/snack et superette) 2/3 min et à 10 min du centre ville de Luchon... et tout ça à pied, top ! Cette ancienne grange a vraiment été super bien rénovée par les propriétaires, Jérôme et Daisy (et leurs enfants). Ils sont très attentionnés et prévenants pour leurs locataires et hyper accueillants ! Bref nous recommandons donc vivement ce gîte et n'hésiterons surtout pas d'ailleurs à y retourner quand nous en aurons l'occasion.

La grange enterree

Très bel amenagement complet , agréable à vivre dans un quartier tranquille et proche du centre de Luchon . ...en période d'hiver car pas de jardin et pas de vue !!!!
