This 821 sq foot unit with its well appointed furnishings will comfort you and shift you into that vacation spirit that makes you never want to leave. This is the entire downstairs of our house; a daylight basement converted into a beautiful living space. It is a self contained unit for just your party, with its own private entrance. It is complete with a Kitchen (no oven, it has 2 induction cook tops), Queen Bed Room, Bunk room with 1 single twin bed, and a two level bunk twin bed set. Private Bath Room (shower), and cozy living room. We have an extra Queen bed that is quick and easy to setup in the living room. It is COMFORTABLE, however, it does make the living room tight when it is setup.

The setting is in a semi-rural environment where many properties are 1, 5, or 30 acres in size, most contain luxury homes. Yet the quaint town of Anacortes for shopping, restaurants, boat docks, and island ferries are just 10-15 minutes away. There is so much to see and do here that you could easily spent a week or two and still be left wanting more time here.

- 1 bedroom with 3 Twin beds - a single bed and two bunk beds stacked - WEIGHT LIMIT on UPPER BUNK of 200 lbs MAXIMUM!
- 1 QUEEN SIZED BED that requires setup in Living Room.
All beds have comfortable mattresses (by most people's standards).

CLEANING FEE - For most parties, the cleaning fee we are asking for is reasonable and covers the actual cost of cleaning...and we get the HIGHEST MARKS for great cleaning from our guests. However, we've had a few parties that left the place trashed...6 hours of cleaning! We tried raising the cleaning fees, and then giving partial refunds to most people...it was a pain to manage and reduced our bookings. So we ask you to clean up well so we can keep the fee reasonable...AND EXPECT US TO ASK FOR MORE MONEY TO COVER CLEANING IF YOUR PARTY COSTS US MORE THAN 2 HOURS OF CLEANING.

Kitchen has Pots, Pans, Sinks, INDUCTION COOK TOPS, Microwave Oven, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Grinder and ORGANIC Coffee, Full Size Refrigerator, Plates, Glasses, Bowls and more; it is setup with all that you will need for cooking good quality meals. NO OVEN however.

Laundry room is part of the kitchen with a Clothes Washer and Dryer.

Living Room and Kitchen are small. There is only 1 bathroom & 1 shower. If you plan to fill this unit to the maximum of 7 people be aware that it will be tight, but workable if you all get along well and cooperate with each other. There is a spacious cliff side patio with ample furniture to enjoy a nice meal and views together. Hot water heater has been engineered to provide ample hot water for 7 guests, even if taken back to back.

NOTE: that the QUEEN BED IN THE LIVING ROOM takes up extra space when the bed is setup. While it is easy to setup, it does require time and effort to set it up and put it back and un-make the bed.

Deck and Patio with BBQ Grill are for our guests to enjoy! We do have two other units onsite, but there is plenty of room for all parties to enjoy the views and have space between them.

NOTICE - You will hear foot steps, voices, and kitchen appliances from above, this is the downstairs unit of the main house, we live above. It is a daylight basement converted into a beautiful living space.

ROAD NOISE: We do have some road noise. MOST guests barely notice it. SOME guests do have issues with it. If you are highly sensitive to noise or can't stop focusing on it, then this is not the place for you. We live here and rarely notice it. It is the worst when standing outside in the drive way and trying to have a conversation. It is also noticeable in the bunk bedroom of this unit. Other than that, inside the main living areas of the units, or out back enjoying the amazing views, most people don't even notice it. It is barely audible.
