Beautiful house close to the train station. We had a great stay. Everything was clean and well maintained. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom which is hard to find. I don't have anything bad to say about this place. Would definitely stay here again.

Gerald has a lovely place. Clean with everything you need (save soap/shampoo for the showers). He was easy to communicate with and the location is convenient, just out side the city center. I would recommend to friends and family.

Close to centre and amenities

So easy to get to the Place des Heroes and the self guided walk through the city, a short walk to a big grocery store, fuel station and pharmacy, and simple to drive out of the city to access the sights. So close to the train station. Your hosts are near but allow you to have your holiday. We loved having our own suites (each bedroom had its own bathroom). Perfect for adults as well as families who need their children to go outside and run around a bit. The garden is perfect for that. Finally, a well stocked kitchen allows for eating at home with ease.

Spotless home for large groups

This beautiful home is close to many amenities in Arras. The Place of Heroes and much more. The owners are very helpful and accommodating.

Superbly located luxury house

We had a wonderful Christmas break in this lovely house. Really well equipped and a great location less than 10 minutes stroll to Arras' beautiful squares. Gerald and Valerie were great hosts - very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend this property.

Excellent location , great accomodation

A very nice well equipped property. Hosts were very friendly and check in was well organised. Only negative was that the oven wasn’t working and though the hosts came round promptly to try and fix it there was clearly a fault with the oven . Despite this minor issue everything else about our stay was excellent . Highly recommended.

Lovely house, great location

The house was perfect for our group of three couples, with good sized rooms, plenty of communal space and a nice garden. It is nicely furnished and in a great location, just round the corner from the station and a few minutes walk from the town centre. Gerald was also a very helpful host.

Super accommodation and great location

A fabulous base for exploring this historical area of France. 10 minutes walk from the town centre and excellent hosts who responded immediately to any questions we asked. All three bedrooms had en-suite facilities and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. A wonderful experience.

Visits to WW1 Museums and monuments around Arras and Ypres...Heros Square for evening drinks and dining... Personal note..Visit to ecoivers ..Mont St Eloi Cemetery to lay wreath on wifes Great,great grandfather's grave.Excellent location...would recommend to anyone staying in Arras...10/10

We loved staying here. We were staying for three nights and were using all three bedrooms. It worked so well for us. A beautiful home, a lovely setting, and walking distance from the centre of town

As others have already said. a wonderful property

Our group of 5 adults was very well accommodated here. The property itself, facilities available, and location were all excellent. Hosts Gerald and Valerie were friendly and helpful whenever needed. Arras is an excellent base to explore the region, and has its own charms. When visiting again, would certainly stay here once more.

Motorcycle trip

The property was excellent, great location, very clean, spacious, lovely garden and secure parking for our motorcycles. The owners were very helpful and offered recommendations for eating out etc

Geweldige uitvalsbasis

Fijn huis, van alle gemakken voorzien met een ideale ligging. Vlakbij centrum Arras, op loopafstand, maar in een rustige buurt. Ideaal voor trips naar de velden van weleer (WO I)
