About this property
Sea view apartment a few steps from the beach
The apartment is located at Ciaccia, on the mezzanine floor in a small newly built residence and is located in a quiet area with a beautiful sea view and it takes 5-8 minutes on foot to reach the free and equipped beach.
Composed of a large living room-kitchen, bathroom with hydromassage shower, a very spacious double bedroom which also has a bunk bed for two more beds, another double sofa bed in the living room.
Two small terraces, one of which with a beautiful sea view and from which you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Asinara
The house is equipped with new furniture and equipped with TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and iron. Private parking space in the courtyard to park the car safely
All the main services are very close; supermarket, bar, restaurant-pizzeria, ice cream shop, bakery, tobacconist and newspapers are about 200m away.
Just behind the house you can find a children's playground and amphitheater where music and dance performances take place during the month of July and August.
