Sesimbra Relax Villa

Located 30Km from Lisbon and about 15Km from Meco beach and 18Km from Sesimbra Village, the house is in a very quiet and pleasant environment, with several features that aim for your comfort and leisure, from garden, swimming pool outside, pool table and ping pong table.
New to this new year 2018 is the existence of a second swimming pool. The 2-storey villa consists of 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests. Additionally, there are several sofa beds for extra guests if required. One of the bedrooms has 2 single beds, 2 are incorporated with suite. The house additionally has 2 more common toilets (one on each floor). The kitchen is fully equipped. Wi-Fi is also available in all common divisions. Extra beds for children available upon request at time of booking.

Security against damage, and refund of deposit:

Upon leaving the property will be performed the inspection of the property and identification of possible damage. If damage is identified, the amount of the security deposit will be partially or totally used according to the following rules:
Damage to towels, bedding, bedspreads, pillows, pillowcases or other textile accessories: 50,00 Euros per piece. Damage caused to interior or exterior part (s) or equipment: 300,00 Euros. Any other more severe damage to larger objects (tables, cabinets, bed, pool table, ping pong, etc.): full deposit

any furniture or other equipment or areas - 300,00 Eur per item

La maison est conforme aux photos. Rui est sympathique. En effet, habitant à côté, cela permet une fluidité dans les échanges. La piscine est top, la lumière de la piscine se coupe automatiquement vers 0 H. Très belle terrasse mais un peu trop proche des autres voisins. La literie de façon générale est bien mais pas adaptée aux personnes de plus d'1 M 90...Les adolescents ont apprécié le billard et la table de ping pong. Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

Große Villa! Viel Platz für Groß und Klein :) Zweiter Stock haben wir den Kinder überlassen ;) Entfernung zu den Stränden ca. 20 Minuten. Am Abend wae es Grillen angesagt. Draußen gab es extra Toilette und Dusche. Dies war sehr nützlich, wenn man raus aus dem Pool kam! Der Pool ist einfach Hammer, nur Salzwasser und sehr warm, kein Chlor!!! Extra Dank für Rui! Es war alles super organisiert. Wie waren alle sehr,sehr zufrieden! LG Fam. Weidauer, Nebbl und Rico und CO

Magnifique villa

Great stay close to Lisbon!

De superbes vacances !

Pas de surprise à l’arrivée…tout était conforme à l’annonce. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Le quartier est très calme, avec tout à proximité. La maison et tout ses aménagements nous permis de passer de belles journées au bord de la piscine et des soirées Ping pong et billard! Une région magnifique.Top!

Good location for Lisbon Area

The property was very suitable for our family group of 12. Rui is very attentive and responsive to our needs. Our children enjoyed the pool often. We were expecting a hot tub on the property but it was not on the property. The beds on the first floor are quite firm. Lots of parking space was appreciated.

Ótimo espaço para se reunir

Tive o prazer de me hospedar na propriedade do Sr. Rui e ficamos felizes com a escolha. O Sr. Paulo mostrou e explicou o funcionamento de tudo e o Sr. Rui sempre respondia com rapidez. Escolhemos um sítio para ficar no local sem a necessidade de sair para ter lazer e acertamos na decisão. Recomendamos. O único negativo é uma freguesia em desenvolvimento e por isso carece de comércio porém há mercado nem 2 minutos de carro.

Casa muy acogedora

Estancia muy acogedora, la casa estaba muy cuidada y con la zona exterior totalmente reformada. Contaba con todas las comodidades. Aunque no está en la costa, su ubicación es perfecta para poder disfrutar de toda la zona de Lisboa y de las playas, con una distancia razonable.

Ideal for groups of friends or families

We are a group of 15 friends with young children who spent 5 great days in the village. Very quiet and spacious house. The property manager have had available as before check-in and throughout the stay, even when the washer had a problem, he solved it immediately. Although the house has some heaters, they were not enough to keep the house warm. To be more comfortable, in winter, we think the house should have a better heating system.

Lovely villa

Great villa in a good location to access the city or the beaches via hire car. Lovely features with swimming pool, hot tub and en suites. Would recommend.
