Apartment in Sesimbra in 1st line of beach, facing the sea and in the center of Sesimbra village, recently built, comfortable and with everything you may need for a fantastic vacation days. Sesimbra is a favorite spot for its gastronomy with its famous fish and seafood, cultural events (Carnival, end of year party, etc.), nature (saw arrábida), nautical activities and only 30 minutes (by car ) of the capital Lisbon with all points of cultural and historical interests. It has buses to the city of Lisbon from hour to hour with approximately 1 hour travel time.

Check in was easy and quick. The kitchen was well stocked with enough supplies and dishes. The bed was comfortable. We were there for summer Carnaval and it was very cool being able to watch the parade right from the balcony.

Excellent Stay

We were met on arrival and shown everything we needed to know. Communication with Luis was perfect. The apartment was spotless and exactly as we expected, with a great view over the beach. The location was perfect for a relaxing holiday. I would definitely recommend and hope to return again in the future.

Fabulous Location

Wow! The view was just as good as in the pictures. The apartment was in a superb location with shops, cafes and bars just downstairs. The apartment was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. There were lots of home comforts and little extras like a coffee machine, and beach parasol and windbreak. Communication with Eduardo was very good throughout. He was very helpful.

Sesimbra and the apartment were FANTASTIC !

The apartment was perfect with an amazing view, very clean and well decorated apartment, cold AC in both the living room and bedroom, and locked private parking in the deck below! You don't realize how important that parking space is until you get there. The streets are all one way streets so you'd end up driving around the city all day trying to find a parking spot if you didn't have that private space and incredibly well protected from people that might try to break into a tourist's car. The view is one of the best on the beach in my opinion because those palm trees are wider apart in front of this apartment. The building is also one of the nicest looking buildings on the strip; either because of the materials used on the exterior or because the owners have done a better job of maintenance, or both. I really couldn't say anything negative about this apartment or the host for that matter. Something we didn't know until we got there was that the beach runs basically East to West, so the beach keeps full sun all day morning from Dawn to Dusk. Many beaches we've visited will be shaded by the condos and hotels either in the morning or afternoon, but here you can be a beach bum in the early morning hours or very late in the afternoon, whichever you prefer (or both if you're able to handle that much sun). The host (Luis) was very nice, always readily available to answer questions via phone or text and to provide advice on where to go for dinner, groceries, etc. There is an ALDI grocery store roughly 10 minutes by car from the apartment and there's a nice sized fridge in the apartment for your groceries. I simply couldn't say enough good things about this apartment. Great value, great location, great care taken of the property, and great host! I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

Ganz tolle Wohnung direkt am Strand, alle Restaurants und Bars sind in Laufdistanz und trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig.Besonders hervorzuheben muss ich den Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, in Sesimbra hat man ohne eigenen Parkplatz ein großes Problem.Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.Die Kommunikation mit Eduardo war hervorragend.In der Beschreibung wird angegeben dass die Wohnung für 4 Personen geeignet ist, das würde ich aber nur für den Notfall empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein und hat nicht wie angegeben 64 m2 sondern höchstens 40.Für 2 Personen ist das völlig in Ordnung, für 4 Personen einfach zu klein.Trotzdem kann man hier einen schönen Urlaub erleben.
