Apartment in Sesimbra in 1st line of beach, facing the sea and in the center of Sesimbra village, recently built, comfortable and with everything you may need for a fantastic vacation days. Sesimbra is a favorite spot for its gastronomy with its famous fish and seafood, cultural events (Carnival, end of year party, etc.), nature (saw arrábida), nautical activities and only 30 minutes (by car ) of the capital Lisbon with all points of cultural and historical interests. It has buses to the city of Lisbon from hour to hour with approximately 1 hour travel time.

Ganz tolle Wohnung direkt am Strand, alle Restaurants und Bars sind in Laufdistanz und trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig.Besonders hervorzuheben muss ich den Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, in Sesimbra hat man ohne eigenen Parkplatz ein großes Problem.Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.Die Kommunikation mit Eduardo war hervorragend.In der Beschreibung wird angegeben dass die Wohnung für 4 Personen geeignet ist, das würde ich aber nur für den Notfall empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein und hat nicht wie angegeben 64 m2 sondern höchstens 40.Für 2 Personen ist das völlig in Ordnung, für 4 Personen einfach zu klein.Trotzdem kann man hier einen schönen Urlaub erleben.

Check in was easy and quick. The kitchen was well stocked with enough supplies and dishes. The bed was comfortable. We were there for summer Carnaval and it was very cool being able to watch the parade right from the balcony.

El apartamento está bien, tiene todo para pasar unas buenas vacaciones en la playa.Falta presión de agua para la cocina y la ducha. Y algo que me desagradó, es que no sé podía abrir las ventana de la habitación porque entraban cucarachas de fuera. Del resto está bien equipado.

Wohnung direkt am Strand

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Eduardos Apartment. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das weite Meer war phantastisch und der Strand war direkt vor der Tür. Eduardo und seine Housekeeperin waren super erreichbar und haben sich schnell um alles gekümmert und Fragen beantwortet. Besonders zu erwähnen ist, dass es uns ermöglicht wurde, mitten in der Nacht anzukommen.

Fabulous Location

Wow! The view was just as good as in the pictures. The apartment was in a superb location with shops, cafes and bars just downstairs. The apartment was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. There were lots of home comforts and little extras like a coffee machine, and beach parasol and windbreak. Communication with Eduardo was very good throughout. He was very helpful.

The apartment has a fantastic view, a sunny balcony, parking which is great as parking is tricky in Sesimbra, plus great air conditioning. The communication was brilliant which made check in and out really easy. Thanks for a lovely stay 😊

Excellent Stay

We were met on arrival and shown everything we needed to know. Communication with Luis was perfect. The apartment was spotless and exactly as we expected, with a great view over the beach. The location was perfect for a relaxing holiday. I would definitely recommend and hope to return again in the future.

Vlekkeloze manier van in en uitchecken. Een schitterende locatie net uitzicht op zee. Binnen enkele minuten ben je op het strand. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Bien situé face à l'océan

Appartement fonctionnel (pas de lave linge dommage....mais laverie automatique à proximité) et bien situé face à l'océan avec toutes les boutiques et bars restos en bas. Un peu bruyant le soir (côté salon) mais normal pendant la période estivale. Lit 2 personnes dans la chambre très confortable. Éviter le canapé lit qui a fait son temps... Nous avons visité les remparts du château avec une magnifique vue. Nous avons été nous baignés à Lagoa Albufeira et à la Praia de Portinhio Parque de Arrabida en plus bien sûr de la belle Praia de California de Sesimbra ! Un petit tour en bâteau avec Aquarama top ! Nous recommandons cette location. Sylvie Luis et leurs 2 enfants

Wonderfull Ocean and Beach view. Nice Appartement in the City of Sesimbra. Enough Place for our small Family with one Child. Good Contact with Luis and its easy to CheckIn. We have happy Holidays there.👍😁🏖

We stayed at this apartment for 8 days in September. The owner contacted us before we arrived telling us about the check in and it couldn't have been easier. The apartment has underground check in and a lift right outside the door. The apartment is in such a fantastic location directly opposite the beach and near most of the eateries. There is a small supermarket next door and a delicious ice cream parlour. The apartment has wifi and air con and all the facilities you could sent. The balcony is a good size and also has a cover to keep the midday sun off. The beach beds started being put away on 16th September but we did find some still further down the beach. 're owner contacted us again with check out procedure so couldn't have been easier.
