La Casilla is an authentic Andalusian farmhouse, with more than 150 years old that, with great enthusiasm, dedication and effort, has been completely restored with great care and converted into a rural house, maintaining its original structure and charm.
This house and the adjoining one, El Cortijuelo, can be joined by a door, so they are ideal for large groups.
It has about 170m2 that are distributed over two floors, with a capacity of 7 people, with the possibility of extra beds.
It has four bedrooms, three double and one single, two bathrooms, private terrace with great views on the upper floor, a fully equipped kitchen in a nice living room with two main rooms, fireplace, windows overlooking the field and porch. private with table and stone benches.
It is located in the middle of nature, on the edge of the fertile plain of Granada and the Poniente Granadino, hence its wonderful views of the Sierra Nevada, the Vega de Granada and the Sierra de Parapanda. This location makes it, surely, the best accommodation located within the region.

Being isolated but a few meters from the town of Escóznar you can enjoy the peace provided by the environment, without renouncing the advantages offered by the town, in which all the necessary services are found.

Surrounded by roads, fully equipped, it is ideal for long walks or cycling and visit all the villages of the region, being a few kilometers away from each other.

The farm has a constructed area of ​​2,000 m2 of which 1000m2 belong to the houses, not including the large porches that we have. Completely surrounded by fields and roads, it is an ideal place to rest and detoxify from the stress we suffer in our daily life

One of the most beautiful and cozy corners of the cortijo is the patio of 350m2 that is surrounded by the four houses. This patio, connected to the porch, has a typical Andalusian decoration, trees that provide a lot of shade in summer and in which only the sound of silence is heard. In it is the pool, two barbecues, garden furniture, children's area, ping-pong table and a large porch with chiringuito and beer tap for our guests.

In the outer part of the house there is a large leisure and recreation area of ​​about 1000m2. It is completely fenced, with large trees and surrounded by pine trees, ideal for children to run safely or for a football game among the elderly.

Open from 2. 010, is a farmhouse consisting of four independent houses, pool, garden, terraces, patios, porch for multiple activities and children's area, all surrounded by a farm. Each house is decorated harmonizing simplicity and good taste.

It offers an incomparable space for tranquility and family life, as well as a venue for activities and meetings, with the necessary facilities to accommodate groups.

It is legally registered in tourism and its objective is to promote and bring the rural culture to all interested people.
