In a haven of peace, this beautiful luxury residence with its private park and swimming pool, enjoys an exceptional location 100m from the seaside and close to all amenities.A large private furnished terrace invites you to relax.
Our 28m2 studio is located in a famous residence in Cannes: "LE SAN REMO". Very few residences offer a one hectare park on the French Riviera with a swimming pool by the sea. The park is green and very well maintained. The swimming pool is located in the private park 50 m from the building and the beach is 80 m further. Besides, the stop at the pool when you come back from the beach is more pleasant. The location of the residence is also strategic in Cannes, far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but close enough to get there in 15 minutes on foot. The fully air conditioned studio is south facing with only palm trees and the horizon. The living room was completely repainted 2 years ago and the decoration is modern. The bathroom is small but well organized, with shower cubicle, basin and WC. The large 22m2 terrace is another strong point of the studio, it pleasantly extends the stay and allows you to relax on 2 comfortable deckchairs or have lunch in the shade awning. beau séjour dans une résidence très agréable
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement, Faten, la gardienne de la résidence a été adorable et nous a très bien accueilli. Le jardin est magnifique et la piscine est un gros plus, nous en avons bien profité. L'emplacement est idéal, nous avons tout fait à pied une fois la voiture mise dans le garage privé.
