About Owner/Property Manager

I own a restaurant called George's Steak Pit and live in Northwest Alabama. The restaurant has served my area since 1956. My parent's started the business and I purchased it in 1983. Owner Great pool service needs a little work

Everything related to the owner and condo was great again this is the 5 year I stayed here

But I don't know if the pool area is under new management or what but this time the hot tub was broken all week and no one seem concerned about it one day I tried to use it and it wouldn't come on security came by asked if it was working I said no ,lady from balcony overheard she hollar ed down it hasn't worked all week , he said probably needed a new timer and then asked that I keep my drink 4 foot from the hot tub which was probably his reason for coming over Im sure he knew it was torn up already seem to more concerned about a drink too close than if it worked or not ,one more issue with the pool area I noticed several times they shut the area down for bad weather which is a good thing but the problem was after the storm was gone it may be 2 hours before it opened back up while next door at treasure Island the pool would open right back up

Like I say the owner Frank was great as usual and the condo was great but they might want to look into different security and pool service

I believe the hot tubs had a new pump installed and may have some issues. I will let association manager know about opening the pools after and storms. Should be done with in 30 minutes. The condo was beautiful and furnished nicely. It had everything in it you would need on your vacation. View from the room was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Condo was well equipped and tastefully decorated. Felt very homey for us during our stay. Parking garage was very nice to have. Staff was very helpful & pleasant. Dusty & Bradley that manage the beach chairs & beach area were so nice & informative about Seychelles accommodations & best restaurants that suited what we were craving. Would definitely stay there again.

Seychelles 166434

Starting out was a little difficult. The code would not open the door. The code box seemed to be rusted or something. We called the number on the letter twice and never got a reply. My husband found a maintenance man who could not get the code box to work either, but he opened the door and there were 2 keys inside, so that matter was taken care of. Only 2 bracelets inside when we needed 4 also. The condo was clean, everything there that was needed except for more towels, but we did have a washer/dryer. But who likes to do laundry on vacation. Overall, it was a nice week and 4th floor unit is perfect for sunsets. I don't think I want to go again if I know they will be working on the beach - that was a little disturbing but we understood. Since they were working, we didn't get to use umbrella and lounges. I would stay again at the 166434 unit. I just wish we could have gotten a call through when we first could not get in.

I had the lock box checked and it is working properly. Glad you enjoyed the unit and hate the beach re-nourishment was while you were there and could not used the beach chairs. project was a month behind schedule .
