Such a wonderful stay for our few days in Napa! House was very clean and instructions were easy. Hot tub was a great touch and the backyard is just so peaceful and great space to enjoy the great weather. Will definitely look to stay here again!!

Beautiful house

The house is exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and clean. The backyard area is truly special - a beautiful and serene spot for morning coffee and evening meals. The check-in and check-out process was easy. Our group had some last minute changes to our plan and the owner and property manager were responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Scenery, Walkable Winery Tasings

The property is quiet and has access two 2-3 wineries by foot as well as a beautiful park. Great way to celebrate a family birthday.

Relaxing

The kitchen was great. Huge island that we sat around and spent a lot of time playing games and eating. The backyard was beautiful and we saw the hot air ballons in the morning. Walking trails nearby were great. Location was great to get to wineries.We all agreed we would rent here again.

50th birthday trip

Four of us stayed here for part of my 50th birthday trip. The location was absolutely perfect. The weather was a bit too cold to spend much time outside at night, but we did use the hot tub a couple of times and it was great. The house had everything we needed, and we even had a private chef come in and cooked dinner for us one night

Amazing view!

The backyard really made this place!! It’s amazing view of the vineyard and morning coffee while watching the hot air balloons pass over was a treat. All the bathrooms were recently remodeled and the beds were comfy. Will stay here again.

Napa girls trip

We went to Napa on a girls trip and had an amazing time staying at this beautiful and spacious home that was so conveniently located to all of the vineyards and local towns. The house was beautifully decorated and perfect for our group of 9 people. Our most favorite part was using the hot tub in the evenings while we watched the stars, as well as seeing the hot air balloons in the mornings from our backyard! I highly recommend this home and will plan on going back myself soon. Thank you Julie for all of your help!

Great experience for our first Napa trip

Very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Probably the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in! Quiet and convenient location. The backyard and view are exquisite!! The property manager was very accessible and available to answer our questions. The only hiccup was that the hot tub had a leak and wouldn’t hold water. They were unable to get it fixed before we left, so unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy that feature of the house.

Wine tour

This house was in a perfect location for visiting wineries and to town for quick shopping. It had everything you would need including shampoo and conditioner in the coolest showers. Plenty of room and beautiful views. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous weekend!

Great house! great location! We traveled to Napa to celebrate a birthday and we had four couples. The house had plenty of room for all of us. Bathrooms are updated and very nice. Location was perfect and close to town, restaurants and shopping. We will definitely return!

This was a lovely house. The layout was perfect and the ambience was great. The backyard is beautiful, and watching the hot air balloons in the morning was exciting. The coffee maker broke, and the owner replaced it within 2 hours! That's customer service!!!!!

Great House, Great Location!

We had a party of 8 for my wife’s 50th Bday and the house was great. It slept everyone comfortably and both the kitchen and dining room were the perfect size for 8 people. The home was centrally located so it was very easy to get to Sonoma, Calistoga and everywhere in between. The home had lots of amenities and was very clean. Almost everything met or exceeded expectations, but I will offer two areas that should be noted. First there is no automated/virtual check in process, so we had to make sure we coordinated our exact arrival time with the property manager. She was very helpful so all good, but we would have preferred to be a little more flexible on when we arrived. Second, the family room really only fit 4 people so there was no place to put all 8 in one room to watch a show or movie. Not a huge deal since we were not in there much and the kitchen was close, but again, worth noting. the larger living room did not have a TV in it. In all, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home.

This was a beautiful stay for us. There was lots of room to spread out (8 of us), and every room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. I watched the balloons out of the master bedroom every morning. The beds were comfortable. One bedroom could use a box fan, but certainly not a reason to stop me from wanting to stay there again. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, cookware and spices. There are plenty of places to eat comfortably. The neighborhood is quiet and every house is well kept. The property manager greeted us and went over some rules, which I appreciated. She is really friendly and very helpful. All the beds were comfortable, which is important to me. The yards are beautiful and the backyard is so nice! We enjoyed BBQs and sitting amongst the beautiful plants.

The location is ideal. Midway between downtown Napa and Yountville. You will want to enjoy the restaurants and shopping in each. We are convenient to the Silverado Trail and Highway 29. There are 50 wineries within a 20 minute drive.
