This old farmhouse dating from 1800 can comfortably accommodate 10 people on 2 levels and 150m² of living space.
This chalet has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets.

It is located in Villards sur Thônes, 900 m above sea level, very close to Saint Jean de Sixt, equidistant from La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand. Lake Annecy is less than 20 kms away.

A complete renovation in 2018 was carried out while retaining the spirit of authenticity that marks this type of habitat.

Ideally located in the Aravis massif, you can practice a large number of "mountain" activities in summer:
hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, golf, nautical activity on the lake as in winter: alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing.
The chalet is located in a rich tourist region: Annecy, Chamonix, Mont-Blanc, ... and you can taste regional products including the famous Reblochon.

Séjour pour la Coupe du monde de Biathlon au Grand Bornand

Des conditions météo hivernales exceptionnelles (beaucoup de neige, un grand soleil et absence de vent), un hébergement au top où on s'est vraiment senti à l'aise (chalet très bien équipé, confortable et fonctionnel, propreté exemplaire, lits très confortables). Le déneigement nous a permis d'accéder facilement au chalet et d'y garer 3 voitures sans problème, malgré la grosse quantité de neige. Un accueil chaleureux avec un propriétaire disponible au téléphone ou en présentiel... Bref, un séjour très réussi, d'autant plus qu'on a été particulièrement gâtés par le spectacle et l'ambiance à la Coupe du Monde de Biathlon du Grand Bornand. On reviendra avec plaisir dans ce chalet, en hiver ... ou en été...

Superbe semaine dans super chalet.

Très bonne semaine passée dans ce magnifique chalet rénové avec goût. Très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Pas mal de jouet et jeux pour enfants (et adultes). Nos filles ont beaucoup apprécié. Très bon accueil et petits cadeaux d’accueil très appréciable. Location à conseiller les yeux fermés. La région est magnifique, hâte d’y retourner.

Séjour très agréable

Le chalet est très confortable pour 10 personnes. Grande cuisine bien équipée pour cuisiner pour 10. Beaucoup de vaisselle. Salon très agréable où tout le monde peut profiter du canapé car il est très grand. Emplacement très bien, piste de luge au pied du chalet, randonnée pédestre, à 10 minutes de la clusaz et du grand bornand. Adresse à garder pour y revenir.

Chalet très confortable et agréable, très bien équipé, je le recommande les yeux fermés. Endroit calme et apaisant. Propriétaire très agréable, de bons conseils. Petit cadeau gourmand à l'arrivée, délicate attention. Nous avons vraiment passés 9 jours à 9 au top dans ce chalet.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la montagne dans ce magnifique chalet , très belle vue , très bien équipé , confortable, idéalement situé. Un vrai havre de paix ! Le propriétaire est très à l’écoute et toujours disponible.

Oud en Nieuw 2019-2020

Zeer prettig verblijf gehad met 6 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Punten van aandacht. Met de auto naar de supermarkt 8 min Zowel La Clusaz als Grand Bornand prima te bereiken met de auto. Huis bevindt zich dus buiten het dorp. Bij sneeuwval --> sneeuwkettingen nodig.
